我很喜欢看各种体育比赛，碰到奥运会，更要一饱眼福。
今天中午看了女子49公斤级举重决赛。中国队的选手侯志慧发挥稳定，6次都举起来了杠铃，虽然稳稳获胜，但是每次看她举杠铃，还是心里替她捏了一把汗，当她举起的片刻，忍不住为她欢呼喝彩。
日本选手三宅宏实，已经是36岁的老将，这是她第五次参加奥运会，已经过了举重运动员的黄金期，能够坚持到现在，不知道付出了多少汗水和努力。可是她抓举只成功了一把，挺举三次冲击99公斤，全部失败，其实我真的很想看到她把杠铃举起来，毕竟这是她最后一届奥运会。
在奥运会，可以看到实力小将的意气风发，也能看到多年老将的坚持不懈，有胜利的喜悦，也有失败的泪水。但不管怎样，我都看到了他们身上坚韧不拔的运动员精神，感受到了他们的力量。
这就是奥运精神的魅力所在。

赛场外，我们为奥运健儿鼓劲呐喊，期待捷报频传，但我们更加期待他们为世界展示中国拼搏向上的竞技风采，带给一场场运动美的视觉盛宴。无论成败，我们都将最热烈的掌声和最衷心的赞美声献给拼搏的健儿。这是数亿中国人展现的大国风范。
奥运的征程还在继续，享受奥运精神，展现大国风范的理念将继续并永远在每个国人心中沸腾、燃烧。
