那天，天阴森森的，只有朗朗读书声传出教室。放学了，我和一些朋友来到食堂吃饭。但是我和我的朋友引发了一件恶劣的事情。食堂里同学们窃窃私语，人人脸上洋溢着欢乐的笑容，都文明地吃着饭。
我坐在了自己的'位子上，和同学们谈笑风生，郑?辰坐在我旁边，和我们说说笑笑，他没坐在自己的座位上，坐在了余子尖的位子上。过了许久，余子尖来了，他愁眉苦脸地让郑路成离开他的位子，当他的火已经发到了极点后，他忍无可忍地把汤坚决地洒在了郑路成的脸上，郑?辰的头发像洗了头似的，全湿了。
郑?辰也去泼余子尖，我在一旁站了起来，去掐余子尖的脖子，余子尖也大呼小叫的叫着，其他同学没有像我一样和余子尖吵的，只有我、郑?辰和余子尖在一起互相大骂。我还去推余子尖，但余子尖始终没有还手。
余子尖，我真想对你说：“对不起。”但每当见到你，我就不敢对你说，心似乎受了控制一样，但是我在今日终于鼓起勇气向你说了一声：“对不起。”虽然雨依然下着，但是我和你的友谊地久天长。

原谅是为了自己，而不是为了别人。它可以帮助你调控坏心情，定格好心情。拥有幸福与成功。
原谅别人是不容易的，那些曾经伤害过你的人，所受过的的流言蜚语与指责，不公平的对待？做人是不能够计较那么多的，人要往前看，自己吃的苦是有好处的，所以我们要原谅他人，原谅他人不是为了自己更多的是为自己。
有句说得好一个不肯原谅别人的人，就是不给自己留余地，因为每一个人都有犯过错而需要别人原谅的时候。为了自己也为了幸福的生活我们要原谅他人，不要只知道以别人伤害你为借口而不去反思自己的言行。世上是没有绝对的谁对谁错。所以我们要给自己留点余地。
责备就像是流沙，你越抱怨就越流得快。人很多时候是很变态的，心里的想法和嘴里说的是不一致的，这也就是所谓的口是心非，但是从心里学的角度来……说就是心灵的斗争。在此我要对说一句，我要原谅所有的人给与我的伤害，但是我绝不能够原谅自己给自己的伤害。与自己的`心灵做斗争是痛苦的为什么我们不试着去选择不用一种正确的信念并坚持好，这样才能够做到真正的原谅他人。
如果我们都是计较他人是怎样对待你的，这也就会让你走不出这样的困扰之中，从而影响你的事业与前途。我们要想调控坏心情，拥有好的心情，拥有幸福与成功。我们必须学会原谅他人。

俗话说“千里长堤，溃于蚁穴。”在实践生活中，自我原谅就像一个蚁穴，如果不去堵住它，以后就后患无穷。三国时的'马谡，很有才能，但是他看不到自己的缺点，自傲自大，自卑自负。于是打了很多的败仗，他没有因此而痛改前非，而是一次又一次的自我原谅，久而久之这个缺点在他身上蔓延，最后，马谡因为街亭失守而身首异处。如果在吃完败仗以后得到教训，而不是自我原谅，那么马谡这样的悲惨故事恐怕就不会再上演了。
原谅了自己，于是心安理得。殊不知长此下去，时间观念回淡薄，组织纪律会松懈，势必影响学习和生活的其他方面，造成难以估量的不良后果。再如受挫，先是心灰意懒，转而就为自己找出诸多理由：题目太难，分值太大，数量太多等等，于是又心安理得的原谅了自己，就是不肯从自身去挖根源，找差距。于是又一错再错，周而复始，不能自拔。
像马谡这样一次又一次的原谅自己，久而久之，就会产生千里长堤溃于蚁穴的悲剧。
推而广之，如果我们每个人都这样自我迁就、自我原谅和妥协，那么社会风气就成了什么样子?四化建设又如何进行?中国又如何能腾飞?
所以，自我原谅实际上降低可社会正常公民做人的行为准则。自我原谅是对错误行为的放纵，是对自身弱点的姑息。一个人如果陷在自我原谅的怪圈里不能自拔其前途就会无望;一个民族如果陷在自我原谅的怪圈里，将会酿成民族国家的悲剧!

i am afraid that you will think me unpardonably negligent in not having answered your letter dated 7, december sooner, but when i have told you the reason, i trust you will be convinced that the neglect was excusable. when your letter arrived, i was just in hong kong. as my family could not forward it to me during my absence, it has been, therefore, lying on my desk until the moment when i took it up. now the first thing i have to hasten to do is to write to you these few lines to express my deep regret.
i enjoyed many pleasant sights during my trip. i shall be pleased to give you an account to of them when i see you next.

I am terrible sorry for not having attended your class on time. Because I had got a headache for several days and it is my first time to live in Chongqing and I can not suit for the weather here quickly.
