i read the book written by luxun .it is called zhaohuaxishi. it includes 10 short articles about the writers stories .they are based on his own experience , when i read this book ,i feel very happy to see luxuns childhood. it was diffrent from ours,so we may find it intersting and exciting. luxuns langange is very great but maybe difficult to understand . but through his words ,we can find his happiness in his heart .

好吃的东西说不完，但我们常德远近闻名的美食里少不了大名鼎鼎的常徳牛肉粉。
它历史悠久，据说有两千年了，源自秦朝呢。
米粉的原材料是南方的优质大米。把米磨制成米浆，再塑成圆圆的米粉和扁扁的米面，一色莹白，直接就可以抓进嘴里嚼吃。但这样吃未免太糟蹋它了，你还是耐心等等吧。
上好的牛肉切片，带筋的`牛肉切块，牛杂、牛排也可以慢火炖起来，加入辣椒、姜、蒜、八角等普通调料。牛肉片爆炒了煨着就可以，肉块、牛杂和牛排就要炖半夜呢。
随便走进一家牛肉米粉馆，安心坐好了。老板就会用竹漏斗盛满米粉，伸进滚烫的开水锅里，时不时翻滚一下。锅里至少有两尺深的水。还没注意，漏斗里的米粉已经倒进了一个大碗，碗底早就放好了酱油、盐等。老板舀起一勺带着浓汤的牛肉片浇在米粉上，洒下翠绿喷香的葱花，送到你面前。
好像经过了神奇的变化，米粉洁白透亮，带着美玉的色泽和质感。快把牛肉翻动、拌匀，再尝一块牛肉，哇，香!肥而不腻的牛肉，带着牛肉特有的香味，还混合了各种调料的味道。夹起一筷子米粉，裹着红艳艳的辣椒粉末儿，“苏苏苏”地吞进肚里，筋道爽滑。喝一口香浓的粉汤，浑身舒畅。
常德的街头巷尾，都有牛肉米粉馆，家家的味道都相似，又不同。有时我恨不得把盛牛肉粉的碗给吞下去。反正我吃了一碗总想吃第二碗，虽然妈妈坚决不让我这个“小胖子”如愿。
