读罢《孟子·弈秋》颇有感触。二人学弈，其一人专心致志；一人虽听之，一心以为有鸿鹄将至，思援弓缴而射之。其结果可想而知。其实，这个故事告诉我们一个看似简单实质深刻的道理：做任何事都要专心致志，否则一无所成。

迄今为止唯一两次获得诺贝尔奖的居里夫人，有一次在进行提炼镭元素的研究时，她的同学在她身后垒起十多张椅子她竟毫不觉察。做事到如此专心的地步，令人称叹。可以说，居里夫人的成功也许有许多因素，但专心致志不能不说是她成功的最重要的因素之一。
