在我的人生中，由于我学习、生活、工作换的环境都比较多，所以，遇到过很多这样的“老人”，这有时真的让我烦透了，但与此同时，也让我学会了在复杂的人际关系中如何灵活处理好各方面的关系，这可谓祸福相依吧。
本来，我认为老同志对待新同志，要给予耐心和必要的帮助，做好传、帮、带，而不是看新同志的笑话，更不能挖苦、打击新同志。只有这样，这个团体才能很好地发展，这样的团体才有活力，团体成员才能愉快地工作。可事实上，爱看别人笑话的人还真不少，为什么会这样呢？下面，我仅举我当兵期间的一例，小议一议上面的现象。
首先申明，下面所说是个别现象，但其影响却是很坏的。在我入伍头一年，年终总结已结束，正在进行老兵退伍和士官选改工作。这些对我来说，似乎于我都没什么直接关系，但我还是积极参与，积极配合各项工作。但不知什么原因，总有一些小麻烦不时困扰着我。也许是临近老兵退伍，每个同志尤其是老兵们的思想都比较活跃，比较复杂的缘故吧。细分析这些麻烦事，似乎没有一件的主要原因在我。为什么会出现这种现象呢？难道你是“老兵”，马上就要退伍了，部队管不着你了，你们就可以牛逼一下了，如果现在不抓紧牛逼，以后就没机会了。其实，我这样说并不是我思想有问题，实在是有些所谓的“老兵”素质太差了。这也许是以前当孙子太久了，现在解放了，可以当回爷爷了。虽然这只是少部分几个人，但他毕竟有代表性。
人与人相处融洽，最起码的一点就是要相互尊重。离开了相互尊重，人基本上不可能很好地相处。即使相处得好，那也是逢场作戏而已。不懂尊重人在少部分所谓“老兵”身上表现得很突出。以为自己兵当老了，自己什么都懂，你们那些新兵蛋子是什么都不懂的“傻小子”。在我看来，其实不然。要是他们真够牛逼的话，还在这里混，那不是太埋没人才了吗？中国如今要发展，正是用人之际，难道天下如此之大，就没有你施展拳脚的一片天地！
在我看来，以上所说的现象都是不成熟的表现，是幼稚的做法。我觉得，当了两年兵就当成这个样，实在是太失败了。如果像这类人，回到地方以后还自称是当过兵的人，那真是有辱军人这个称号。如果是我的话，我绝对是羞愧难当、无地自容的。不过，再好的团体也免不了出几个败类，出几个叛徒，也许真是林子大了，什么鸟都有的缘故吧。
好了，不能太过分地损有些所谓“老兵”的“光辉”形像了，要不然我自己也会觉得脸上无光，因为我也是军人，毕竟大部分军人都是好样的。
说了这么多损“老兵”的话语，并不是有意想损一把，大快人心一把。其实我的真正目的是想从这些不良的现像中吸取教训。因为老兵马上就走完了，再过几个月，我也是老兵了，我要用这些反面例子时刻提醒自己，要摆正自己的位置，永远保持谦虚谨慎的作风，督促自己要像兄长一般关心、爱护新战士，而绝对杜绝对新兵呼三喝四的军阀作风。
作为新同志，是有很多东西搞不懂，是容易犯一些小错误，但这并不意味着新同志的一切都不如老同志。军人以服从命令为天职，但这并不意味着就不可以发表不同意见。如果一味只讲“服从”，那是在扼***民主，再说“服从”不等于“顺从”。这不但不利于战友间和谐相处，也是产生各种矛盾的.根源所在。我们不应该停留在“口服”上，更重要的是要做到“心服”。
中国人民解放军是一支有着优良传统的人民军队，军队中的每一员都是平等的。既然是平等的，就应该相互尊重，何必以势欺人呢！试想一下，如果一支军队到处充满盛气凌人，那么这支军队肯定是内部矛盾重重，这样的军队还有战斗力吗？
世界在发展，中国也在发展，人类也进入了物质文明与精神文明高度发达的时代。随着人类文明的发展，人的素质也普遍有所提高。现代人，已经有相当一部分人拥有丰富的知识和良好的道德修养，但这并不是普遍的，粗鲁与野蛮依然充斥着整个社会，法制观念淡薄甚至法盲也不是没有。正是由于有了这些人充斥着社会，才使得社会复杂化。虽然中国经过几代人的努力，已基本建成了法制社会，但这个“法制”要真正地融入社会，融入生活，融入到每个人的头脑中，这还需要相当长的时间。
