我们排除重重阻碍，在行内积极导入股份制银行及商业经营意识，稳步加大用人、考核、分配机制建设力度。在人力资源使用上力求做到人尽其才，尽可能让每位员工能够在契合自身特点的岗位工作；竭力为优秀员工搭建成才、干事、创业的平台，期望通过优秀员工的才华拉动全行经营管理质量不断提升；对每位员工实行履职考核，正确评估每位员工的履职质量；在工资资源分配上坚持“按劳取酬，团队致胜”、“两台优先”“增资靠效益，收入凭贡献”等原则，在稳固提升全行平均收入水平的.基础上，将工资资源与岗位实际贡献度尽可能地相匹配，拉开了收入差距，切实让业绩和贡献突出的集体和员工在收入上“领跑”。

我们正视县域经济贫瘠的现实，奋力开拓县域和城区两个市场。在县域，三农业务有声有色，尽管贡献度尚显贫弱，但却给今后的县域蓝海可持续发展奠定了基础，也极大地重新树立了农业银行在xx县的国有大银行地位与形象。在城区，重点客户得到了较好的维护，也新拓展了一些有价值客户，东方红支行闯进了全省翻牌支行前20强，得到了“全省农行百佳网点”表彰。两个市场的有效发展，促使全行经营业绩有了较快提升，20xx年，存款、贷款、利润均为历史上最高增幅水平。尤为可贵的是，在全年营业部系统三农板块综合绩效考核中，皋兰支行位居县域三行之首，被评为20xx年度营业部系统先进单位。

我们注重加强文化建设，制度文化在行内得到了基本执行，制度的钢性也得到了较好的体现，各层面员工的遵章守纪意识明显增强；由我们创建的“爱心基金”，对山区小学予以捐助，净化了我们的心灵，树立了农行xx县支行关注山区教育事业的良好社会形象；由工会组织、员工自发开展的救助杨衍泽同志爱心捐款活动，为杨衍泽同志缓解了困难，展示和弘扬了皋兰农行团队的团结与友爱，得到了系统内外的普遍好评，被省分行授予“全省农行文明单位”荣誉称号。

成绩可喜，但我们所面临的发展形势却愈加困难，甚至是非常困难。一方面，我们在经营上不可避免地要受到区域经营资源贫瘠的影响，尤其是在今年的上级行考核体系下，我们要前进一步必须付出他人十倍的努力。另一方面，我们自身的经营管理水平与发展需要还存在很大的差距；内部考核、激励机制还不健全，全行服务前台、后台支撑前台，资源向前台倾斜的商业化经营意识还有待于进一步的引导。此外，还有很多很多与商业化经营不相适应的问题，有赖于我们在今后的工作中积极面对、解决。

面对即将到来的虎年，我们要继续坚持既有的改革发展方向，坚持以不间断的改革发展来应对改革中面对的各类困难和问题。既然我们工作在这里，我们就应该拿出应有的拼搏精神和敬业态度来，争市场、争份额、争位次、争尊严、争荣誉、争工资，齐心协力将皋兰农行建设的更好。

The packages containing the computer sets appeared to be in good condition and we accepted and signed for them without question. We unpacked the computer sets with care and can only assume that damage must be due to careless handling at some stage prior to packing.

We shall be glad if you will replace all 20 sets as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we have put the damaged computer sets aside in case you need them to support a claim on your suppliers for compensation.
