大家都知道，地球上只有植物才能吸收二氧化碳，呼出氧气。
科学家曾经计算过3棵树一天吸收的二氧化碳相当于1个成年人呼出的二氧化碳。照这样计算，植物对于人类实在是太重要了。所以，我们一定要好好保护植物。
假如我是一棵小树，我要像那些只知道盖房子、建工厂、作家具的`人们和那些乱砍乱伐的人们提出忠告：请不要乱砍乱伐我们的树木了，也不要再乱踩踏我们的小草兄弟了。否则，我们的家族就会被砍光、伐光、踩死的。到那时，这个地球将会成为二氧化碳的世界，直接威胁到地球妈妈和她千千万万个子孙后代的生存！因此，我们必须下大力气去制止这些公害和私害的发生。而且，我们还要大量植树，净化空气，绿化我们的地球母亲！

假如我是一名科学家，我一定要发明一种废气利用的方法，使这些废气不但不会污染空气，而且还能造福于人。
最后，我还要代表地球妈妈告诫那些人口过剩的国家，现在地球上已经有60多亿人了，应该严格控制人口的增长，搞好计划生育。否则，地球妈妈的乳汁被吸干了，还有谁来养育我们呀！没有了母亲，哪儿来的子孙后代！白垩末期时，恐龙因为大吃大喝而吃光了地球上的食物，吸干了地球妈妈的乳汁，而导致死亡的悲惨一幕不要在我们人类身上重演！保护地球是地球上每一个人的责任，应该从自己做起，从小做起，使我们的地球妈妈越活越年轻，越长越漂亮，越来越可爱！让她分泌的乳汁越来越多，好让她的子孙后代越长越强壮！越长越健康！
