茶被称为“国饮” 茶与中国作家难分难舍，老一辈更是 ， 无论是鲁迅、周作人兄弟俩，还是散文耆宿梁实秋、苏雪林、 杨绛等，都写过《喝茶》的同题散文，尽管感觉迥然，年代 有别，情趣各异，但无疑是散文天地中一道很难得的风景。 鲁迅先生在《准风月谈》的《喝茶》中写道“有好茶，会 喝好茶，是一种‘清福’，不过要享这‘清福’首先必须有工夫， 其次是练出来的特别的感觉。 ”此段话叫好些人赏心悦目，成 了某类茶文诱导读者演练“特别感觉”必引的语录，仿佛一时 间孺子牛的鲁迅成了养生行家。拦腰切去的是先生随后对这 种“敏锐细腻”的“特别的感觉”所进行的极端尖酸的挖苦，他 说： “假使是一个使用筋力的工人，在喉干欲裂的时候，那么， 即使给他龙井芽茶、珠兰窨片，恐怕他喝起来也未必觉得和 热水有什么区别罢。 ”走笔至此，先生远没有罢休，且毫不手 软： “感觉的细腻和敏锐，较之麻木，那当然算是进步的，然 而以有助于生命的进化为限。如果不相干，甚而至于有碍， 那就是进化中的病态……”引用语录的诸君究竟真看不懂， 或假看不懂，还是似懂非懂？我以为最大的可能是根本没有 看，把一截断章取义的茶语录抄来抄去，反正是大师嘴里的 象牙，哪还会有假？！不过即便是断章取义，清福二字还是 打了引号的，足见语录现货的诱惑，信手拈来时，连初小的 语文常识也可以幸福地闲置脑后。
对“清福茶”体味有加的是周作人， “喝茶当于瓦屋纸窗下， 清泉绿茶，用素雅的陶瓷茶具，同二三人共饮，得半日之闲， 可抵十年的尘梦。 ”说实话，知堂老道的文字确实很有滋味， “抵十年尘梦”固然乃“燕山雪花大如席”的夸张， 但喝茶的闲趣 却清新淡雅，丝丝入扣。鲁迅与周作人难得有同题的文章， 不料清茶一杯，兄弟俩喝出的感觉竟有天壤之别！周作人的 《喝茶》写于 1924 年，鲁迅的写于 1933 年，后者似乎有点 跟老兄“对着喝”的味道。不客气的说鲁迅是不会喝茶的，他如果也有周作人的闲情逸致，他的肝火一定可以减半，而寿命极可能倍增。 ？ 无论是会喝茶的周作人还是不会喝茶的鲁迅，笔下的《喝 茶》各有品味，双双不失为茶散文的大家。茶与中国人形影 难离，茶与散文也亲密得很，你中有我，我中有你，英文中 就有“茶只能产生散文”。眼下大凡合集类的散文选本， 几乎都可以品尝到茶的芳馨。名家们不避同题大写《喝茶》 ， 似乎在说散文不仅要贴近生活，而且要溶入生活，喝茶可以 延年益寿是肯定的，梁实秋和苏雪林都是文坛寿星级的人 物， 而周作人如不是遇上“文革” 寿命应该可以和梁实秋媲美。 ， 但作家毕竟是靠作品说话的，而作品的生命才是作家真正意 义上的生命。？
