世界上最了解我的人，并非我的父母，而是深藏心底的另一个自己，以人为镜，可以知得失，同自我内心的对话，更可以使我在生活中成长。
每天回家第一件事，就是去同“我”去交谈，因为自己才是现实生活的写照，从自己身上可以知道这一天过得是否充实，也只有自己，可以将我的优点和缺点毫无保留地告诉我，督促我上进，督促我不断完善自己。
于是，我养成了一个习惯，就是每当有事情发生，我并不倾诉于人，也不是硬着头皮硬撑过去，而总是向那个内心的“我”寻求解决的办法，以便“他”可以在我的人生中帮助我，同时也使我养成了善思的习惯。
我常问自己，怎样才能算是充分利用时间，而不虚度时光呢?总会有一个声音告诉我，如果你的一生不是论“分”过，而是论“秒”过的，那么你将是不虚度此生的人。
我也常问，人生的理想是怎样的.呢?那个声音又告诉我：自己有自己的理想，拥有自己的人生砚和奋斗的经历，就不会虚度此生。陆游的人生观是“僵卧孤村不自哀，尚思为国戍轮台”，而陶渊明则是“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”的意境，那么你的理想和人生观又是什么呢?我苦思苦想过。那个内心的自己也常常跳出来对我说，真正的人生不就是实事求是，脚踏实地吗?是“我”让自己明白了这么多人生财富中最宝贵的一种，更促使我在人生的经历中努力拼搏，关爱他人，更使我能在人生的风雨中挺立，像那颗久经沧桑的不被风雨所畏惧的树，能让我在人生中为自己打下一个完善的叹号，不虚度此生。
现在，初二的学习生活比初一更加劳累了，可我从未因此叫苦，喊累。因为，总有一个人在与我携手共进，共同迎接生活的挑战，我们两个约定，要靠我们两个人的力量，团结一心，冲破生活中的一切障碍，永不为困难吓倒，在努力中成长，品尝努力后成功的滋味。
同自己对话，在生活中找到足以衡量自己的尺度，镜子，足以在以后的人生中拼搏成长，做一个大写的“人”。
