栗欣的爸爸妈妈找了很多学校，但他们的眼神告诉栗欣没有成功。栗欣自己偷偷的一步一步挪到学校跪求老师，说：“老师！我想上学。”老师感动了，同意她来上学。在爸爸的耐心帮助下，栗欣从扶着楼梯行走到完全独立行走，她学会了走路。每当她浑身疼痛难忍的时候，爸爸对她说：“眼泪只能流一滴”，她变得坚强起来。
栗欣在班级里面经常受到同学的欺负，刚开始老师还以为是她的'错，骂她坏孩子，一位同学向老师说了实情，老师才知道自己错怪了她，说她是好孩子。
栗欣的第一个同桌叫祖威，家庭富裕，他的爸爸妈妈常年在外地经商，很少回家，经常给他买各种各样的玩具，但他没有一丝高兴的表情，觉得家里冷冷清清。栗欣带着祖威去她家里住，祖威感受到了家的温暖，心情变好了，学习成绩也进步了，他们成为形影不离的好朋友。
栗欣的叔叔双腿瘫痪，觉得生命没有意义，失去活着的勇气。栗欣对叔叔讲了自己的不幸遭遇，说自己活不长久了，这件事只有爸爸、妈妈知道，然后告诉叔叔：“眼泪只能流一滴”，叔叔被感动了，决定要好好的活着。
后来，班里来了一名新同学，他叫郭明，是栗欣的第二个同桌，由于学习很差，他的爸爸让他回家捡破烂挣钱，但郭明内心不想退学，他想读书。栗欣“三顾茅庐”去求郭明的爸爸，最终郭明的爸爸感动了，答应让郭明上学。
栗欣虽然失去了双手，但她向往美好的明天，她画的《种太阳》获得一等奖。她双手写字时鲜血染红了作业本，爸爸告诉她：“凡事不能强求，要学会放弃”，又对她说“眼泪只能流一滴”。栗欣听了爸爸的话，再次试着写字，然而她成功了，学习成绩取得了全年级第一名，所有人都在为她鼓掌！
栗欣的故事让我泪如雨下，她是我心中的榜样。无情的世间夺走了她生命中的一切，让我懂得生命的宝贵，活着真好！当遇到困难时，要对自己说：“眼泪只能流一滴”！

市委、市政府十分关心残疾人车主的身心健康和生活保障，认真研究制定了取缔后的综合配套政策，出台了就业安置、劳动保障、医疗保险、特殊救助等一系列人关爱措施，真正把残疾人车主作为特殊群体给予特殊照顾，着力为残疾人办好事、做实事、解难事，最大限度地解决残疾人车主及其家庭的实际困难。
