关于黄河文化的英语作文【一】
5月18日，是我们三门峡第十五届黄河旅游节，是我们的节日。中午刚过，我与奶奶、姨夫、小姨一起去风景区玩。在路上，说都不用说，马上就可以体会到风景区里面肯定是人山人海的！
刚走进风景区，只见这里人流如织！那人啊，一个接一个，有老有少，全部往黄河方向涌去。我们挤也挤不进去，出也出不来。只有在附近的“中日友好园”里玩会儿！“中日友好园”是三门峡与日本共同建造的，日本友人在三门峡考察时，对黄河和三门峡产生了浓厚的感情，就共同修建了这个象征友好的植物园。在园里，有银杏树、有樱花树、有成片的竹林……还有供游人休息的精致的凳子。
我们从“中日友好园”出来后，发现路上的行人不是太多了，我们就直接向拦河坝（是三门峡涧河与黄河的分河坝）方向走去。只见桥上车水马龙，人们都去对面新建的牡丹苑里游玩。我们也来到了牡丹苑的上面。这里绿树成阴，牡丹花遍地，小小的绿草嫩嫩的，真是漂亮啊！怪不得人们都争先恐后地来这里玩呢！
拦河坝－－右边是涧河，左边是黄河
我们徒步来到黄河边，只见这时的黄河水没有那么浑黄。为什么呢？姨夫说：“咱们三门峡大坝每年在这个时候都会拦住黄河的水，等过了五月份，就会放水，目的是为了冲洗黄河里的泥沙，不造成河床增高！因为把水拦住了，所以现在的水就没有那么浑黄了！”
“哟，原来是这样的！”
黄河是我们的母亲河，自古以来，就有神话说：黄河是女娲的泪水形成的。传说，有一个女神叫女娲，她的儿女被抓走了，她便每天就在黄河那里哭啊！日积月累就成了黄河，因为女娲是人类的母亲，她造出了人类，所以，人们就叫黄河为母亲河！
在这一天，应该好好地感谢我们这条河！在每时每刻，我们都不能忘记母亲河！因为，在世界面前，只要一提她，所有的人马上就会想到中国，想到中国那五千年的历史，让我们在世界面前感到无比自豪和骄傲！
