I have a lot of friends in Simon English School. One of them is my best friend. His name is boyd.
He and I are both thirteen years old. but I am older than he, and I am fatter than he too. He is shorter than I, and he is thinner than I. He wears a pair of glasses but I don't.
He likes to eat pocket-food, and he is a gentleman in a sense that when he has pock-food he will share them with us.
He and I are in the same school and in the same class. So, we can help each other. We alway play in the school together. he likes to do thing I like. He lives in the Ningbo Jiangdong, so he hardly came to my home in Zhenghai but I alway go to his home on weekends and he sometimes will come to my home on weekends. Sometimes we will fight but we alway get along well.
His mother is a doctor in the Li-Hui-Li hospital and I know where her office is. His father is a worker in the Bei-Lun power plant. He is a head of a group. So, his father has a lot of work to do.
He and I are in the same school. We usually have a good time so he is my best friend.

吵架的导火线是作业。刚放几天寒假，妈妈一个劲地催我把寒假作业写完，无奈之下我在三天之内把语、数寒假作业快速写完。这一天，我把写完的作业给爸爸检查，我在一旁陪同。窗外的北风呼呼的刮着，从天而降的雪精灵在空中翩翩起舞，我的心也随之起舞：短短几天，我就把作业写完了，今后的`日子定是满满的幸福啦！可是事与愿违，妈妈在一旁一个劲地说：＂你一篇都没写，很难写吗？＂＂不难写。＂我回答。＂那快写呀，别在这装模作样地玩。＂一番冷嘲热讽，说得我颜面尽失。爸爸一听，火了：＂写就写呗，说说说，烦人！这不，我检查，她改错，她也没闲着，多好。＂妈妈还不依不饶：＂你检查，她写作文不更好吗？＂爸爸拍案而起：＂够了！＂妈妈眼眶一红：＂不够！你就如此宠着她??＂
这场战火许久才渐渐熄灭。这让我想起了平时：周末我想出去放松一下，妈妈硬是要我在家学英语；放学后我写完作业想去看一下电视，妈妈却要我去听写单词??我知道妈妈是为我好，可是她的这般拘束，让我变成了笼中之鸟。
这一次吵架，妈妈依然如此步步紧逼，让我敢怒不敢言。我很想通过今天这些文字告诉她：我只想做一只自由自在的小鸟！

Zeng Qiao is one of my friends. She is a beautiful, outgoingand good-tempered girl. She smiles frequently. I think it’s her smile that makes her beauty. We live in the same dormitory, so that we always stay together, no matter going to classroom or having dinners. At first, I don’t like her very much, because she is always talking. It seems that she can’t stop open her mouth. I am a little bit quiet and introverted, so I seldom talk to others. But gradually, I find that she can have influence on others by what she says. Zeng Qiao likes sharing interesting things with others. For example, she likes telling us her funny stories of her childhood or her former classmates. She always tells me that I should be more extroverted and learn to talk to others. Under the influence of her, I communicate with others more frequently and I find that it feels so great. I am so grateful that I can have such a good friend.
曾巧是我的一个朋友，她是个漂亮活泼，脾气又好的女孩子。她很喜欢笑，我觉得是她的笑容使她看上去漂亮。我们住同一间宿舍，因此不管是去教室还是吃饭都形影不离。之前我并不喜欢她，我认为她太喜欢说话了，总是停不住她的嘴。相反我性格内向，喜欢安静，很少跟别人说话。但是渐渐地，我发现她是个善于用言语影响别人的女孩子，她喜欢跟别人分享有趣的事，那些童年的故事或是以前同学的事情。她经常开导我要变得外向，多试着跟别人说话。在她的.影响下，我跟别人交流也更多了，并且发现这感觉非常好。我觉得有这样的朋友很幸运!

妈妈又端上来一盘插着牙签的菠萝片。“噢，我的最爱！”我欢呼着，迫不及待地伸出手挑出来一大块，仰起脸，张大嘴巴，往嘴里送。“啪”的一声，我的胳膊被谁拍了一下，那块菠萝也掉在了地上。我低下头，立马看见爸爸直直地站在我面前。我心里那个恼火啊！
“爸，你讨厌死了，干嘛拍我胳膊？讨厌，讨厌哼！”我一边大声嚷着，一边原地跺脚发脾气。
“闺女，爸爸说过你多少次了，坐有坐相，吃有吃相，做一个有教养，举止优雅的女孩子，才会人见人爱，你咋记不住呢？”
“要你管？我就这样吃，没人喜欢拉倒！”我声嘶力竭地冲爸爸吵。
爸爸气得用手推了推眼镜，张张嘴却再没说一句话。顿时，家里的气氛紧张起来：电视关了，爸爸又示意妈妈和哥哥回避。
客厅里只剩下我们父女俩，我哭了，爸爸非但没劝，却说：“哭吧，哭完把委屈说出来”许久，爸爸一声不吭地听我抽泣。等我平静些了，他走到了我的跟前，把我拉进怀里，深情地说：“孩子，爸爸也真舍不得你这样哭，可是爸爸更希望你言行举止落落大方，自尊自爱，这对你以后的.健康成长很有益处。”
“我只在自己家这样吃东西，谁会笑话我？你还打我，把我胳膊都打疼了！”我委屈地反驳着。
“好孩子，一个人的行为习惯就是在平日里的点滴小事中养成的。爸爸也不是真要打你，只是给你个警醒，弄疼你是爸爸不好，对不起，对不起”
爸爸把我抱得更紧了，我明显感觉到他的喉咙哽咽了一下，抬起头，我看到爸爸又把眼镜向上推了推，遮住了他那发红的眼眶
