summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

海南行的最后一天，我们来到了亚龙湾。这里的沙很细很软，海很蓝很清（远看海水一片蓝，与天空融为一体，近看海水却是绿色）。我们换上泳衣，戴上泳镜，拿上游泳圈，迫不及待地奔向大海。
海风吹着，海浪一阵阵涌上来，我抓住海里的绳索，套着游泳圈，艰难地向着海的深处走去。忽然，一个大浪扑来，把我的游泳圈都冲翻了，我赶紧去抓游泳圈，可脚下却站不稳，只好狼狈逃命，逃到了浅水区。
浅水区就在岸边，我享受地坐在游泳圈上，抬着自己的脚丫子，在海和细沙之间，快活地玩着水。可就在这时，一个浪打来，不知是没坐稳还是游泳圈太滑，我没来得及反应，就从游泳圈上掉下去，在海里连续被浪打的翻了两个跟头，嘴里和鼻子里还发出“咕噜咕噜”的声音，四脚朝天地躺在沙地上了。幸亏，这是浅水区，我忙双手撑地迅速站起来。这一次，可把我吓着了。
一会儿，小伙伴们在可乐的爸爸带领和保护下来到了深处，一波又一波的海浪冲来，我们抓紧绳索，尖叫着、兴奋着、嬉戏着迎接着大海的粗鲁“亲吻”。渐渐地，我有些跟不上节奏了，一个大浪卷过来，盖过我头顶，我眼前啥也看不到，感觉就像被迎头泼了一盆水似的，鼻子有些进水，气也喘不上来。我只好“投降”，慢慢向浅水区游去。可是海浪太大，我游得慢，一个巨浪从身后打来，把我直接打到了沙滩上，我嘴里进了海水，呀，原来，海水真是咸的，还带着苦味！味道可真不怎么样。
我来到沙滩上，和小朋友一起玩起了沙子。我们一起挖了一个沙坑，把可乐爸爸埋在了里面，让他好好享受夏日的“桑拿”！
妈妈说：“你都晒成了焦炭了！”我和小伙伴互相打量一番，哈哈，大家都晒得全身通红，发黑，身上、头发里全是沙子，一个个活像刚从沙里钻出的泥鳅！

So people call it Mountain City。 In Chong Qing，I went to the Red Stone Center， to see the places which the prisoners lived in the past。 It is a terrible and awful trip。 There are a lot of dogs， and soldiers with guns near the prisons。 And most of the prisons are good， they didn't want to tell the bad people where the other people were。 They lived in very small houses。 No good food to eat， no good water to drink。They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing。
I think they are the heros in that century。 I will follow their spirit。

海南是一个美丽的地方，是一个让人去了不想走的地方。暑假，我也来到了这个美丽的地方。
今年暑假，我和妈妈、还有另外几家朋友一起乘飞机到了海南，到机场后乘车到了后海。
我们进入酒店后，我坐在阳台上，迎着吹来的海风睡着了。到下午５点，我们终于可以下海游泳了，在阳光普照的沙滩上，金色的沙子更灿烂了。沙子很细，沙滩上还有贝壳等很多小东西。我们几个小朋友在海水里懒洋洋地泡着，一点都不想离开。7点了，我们从海水里依依不舍地站起来，准备洗澡然后吃饭。
吃饭时，大人们的菜先上了，小朋友们眼看着大人们都要吃到一半的时候，小朋友的菜才上来。我们的菜有西红柿炒蛋、白水茄子。吃完饭后我就让高兴哥哥陪我们去抓螃蟹，一开始还不敢抓，后来我鼓足勇气，经过多次努力，我终于抓到两只小螃蟹。
第二天，我们分成了两队，我们和悦悦一家、杨子棋家和高兴哥哥一家，各自行动和游玩。
我们去呀诺达冒险，最让我难忘的就是第一关：飞越池塘，我抓住绳子，脚一蹬，哇，我突破了记录，是这一队唯一飞过池塘的人，我心里美滋滋的。第二关到第九关也都很好玩，但都没有第一关给我的感觉美！
第三天上午，我们一起去海边照相和玩耍，下午我们都下海游泳，还幸运地抓到了一只海星，我调皮地放到了干爹头上，哈哈！
这次海南游真好，让我亲近了大海，更加热爱大自然，我渴望多参加几次这样的活动。
