今天天气晴朗，万里无云，是个好天气。
我和妈妈来到森林公园，一进森林公园的大门，便看到表演的舞台边围满了观看的游客。我走近一看，原来正在表演野人舞。只见演员们穿着兽皮，拿着尖尖的竹竿，一会跳起来，一会不停地耍竹竿，他们又长又乱的黄发在上下飘舞，此情景就好像一个个野人在打猎。
看完了刺激的野人舞，我们来到水上乐园，虽然只有几个普普通通的项目，但是它能较好地锻炼你的胆量，还能练一练你的平衡能力呢！
我大胆的走向水上滑索，这个项目看上去有点吓人，因为其他项目都有保护网，而这个项目没有，我要试一试自己是不是能玩得自如。还好，当我做到滑椅上，脚一蹬，滑索就飞快的滑向对岸，非常刺激。我一点也没有感到害怕，我庆幸又一次战胜了自己的胆怯心里。
接下来我尽兴地玩了一个又一个项目，最后来到了鸟语林。走近鸟语林，迎接我们的是身穿黄色衬衫、披着蓝色外套的鹦鹉，不停地叫着：“您好！hello，hello”。
继续往前走，就是鹦鹉长廊，长廊里各种各样的鹦鹉叽叽喳喳地乱叫，他们用自己独特的语言欢迎着我们。唯有一只蓝金钢鹦鹉向绅士一样静静地站着，它华丽的羽毛泛着五彩的光泽，吸引了不少游客。走过长廊来到一座假山前，清清的湖水从山上流下来，汇集在一个小潭里，潭里有很多小鱼和野鸭，你只要抛一把食，鱼和野鸭就会一起抢食，那场面，别提有多好玩了。
时间过得真快，天色已晚，我们只好依依不舍得离开了美丽的森林公园。
