再往前走，便到了海河边上，河面上不时有快艇，货船通过，岸边还停泊着一艘名叫东方公主号的漂亮的白色大轮船，据说是一个餐饮娱乐的场所。在这艘大船上拍摄了香港著名的（赌侠）（赌神）（赌圣）等电影，东方公主号因此声明大振。
外滩广场上，有洁白的鸽子，花坛里有各式各样千姿百态的鲜花，美不胜收。还有大大小小的喷泉，高低起伏的水柱伴着优美的音乐翩翩起舞。
