从A年12月进入共进以来，这段时间的经历非常深刻，也非常宝贵。刚踏入共进时，我还没有工作过，对这个行业什么也不懂什么也不知道，共进电子以“发展企业,培养人才，回馈社会”的宗旨为我们提供了良好的学习氛围，我们不定期的举行培训，学习成了我们工作和生活的一部分，通过不断的学习强化自身素质，内心从刚开始茫然到现在的不断强大。通过对企业文化的学习，我深受感动，倍受鼓舞。我学会了什么是价值交换，什么是独立人格，什么是结果向导，什么是人生价值，共进不但教会了我工作的能力，而且教会了我很多生活的道理！在公司的培养下，自己的专业能力慢慢提升，职业化越来越强，心态越来越乐观！不过也意识到自己需要提高的地方，还要加强改正，还需要再进一步提升能力。
共进是我职业生涯的起点，很高兴也很幸运能加入这个年轻的大家庭中，伴随着它的成长，并见证着我的成长。来这公司已经快两年了，通过领导的指点、同事的分享，总能收获到自己想要提高的或者知识，对自己的完整的知识体系的建立起着很重要的作用。
公司以“尊重人才，团队协作，拼搏进取”的企业文化让我们不断的发展，因此我的工作成绩和工作态度都在发生着巨大的改变，我已经不是刚来公司的那个我了，我已经成长了很多。都说在社会上工作可以使人变化很多，我觉得这句话一点都没有错，我已经知道了只要在社会上工作，就一定要努力，很多的现实情况在不断的督促着我们一定要进步，不进步只有被淘汰，我对这个实在是很深！感谢共进让我成长。感谢公司提供这么好的平台，随着公司的发展，自己也在不断的进步，我也找到了自己需要修炼和提高的地方。
时间总是过得很快，回顾自己走过的路，自己改变很大，从插件辅助工到插件工，再到如今的品质自检QC。每一个新的岗位，每一次新的挑战，庆幸的是自己走了过来，每天的工作很琐碎、繁忙但很充实快乐，为之后职业发展的方向奠定了基础；自己在不断解决问题的过程中成就了自己的满足感，感觉自己对公司是有价值；在不断的变化中自己也逐渐在成熟，庆幸自己能在这个平台上走了这么久，学到很多的东西。未来希望通过更多的努力和改进，能给大家展现一个更好的自己。把企业的价值观融入到工作中，使自己真正成为一名企业文化的执行者，我们才能够不断的成长以适应公司发展的需要，符合公司的`发展战略，才能够出色的完成任务。
一个企业的发展和兴衰，靠的是每一位员工高度的执行力、忠诚度和真诚的感恩情怀。好的企业就像是一棵茂盛的大树，枝枝叶叶就像是员工，只因为有了无数的叶子大树才显得富有生命力，如果没有千枝万叶，那么大树就可能变成枯树……
大树要枯最先失去的是叶子，枝叶水脉相连，正因为枝杆源源不断地为叶子输送大量的水分与养分，千枝万叶才得以自由吮吸阳光，叶子要落了，树也快枯了，正因为有千枝万叶树才显得富有生命力。 我们学习是为自己学习，工作是为自己工作，让我们与企业同呼吸、共命运一起成长！
企业的成功与发展得益于我们每个人的努力，但是企业成功了才能更好地为我们提供施展才华的舞台，从而实现我们的个人价值。 我们应该珍惜企业为我们实现个人价值提供的良好机会，让我们在不凡的工作中达到个人事业的顶峰从而实现我们的人生目标！
我们是共进的队伍，我们敢于突破，我们不怕努力，尽情施展我们的才华；用成绩去证明我们的能力，用努力去成就属于我们的奇迹！心有多大舞台就有多大，辉煌已经翻篇了，但未来还在继续，在以后的日子里，我们要用新的姿态去迎接新的挑战，我们大家共同努力，更加拼搏冲击，期待我们用更好的成绩回报公司、回报自己，让我们在共进这个舞台上，冲出自己，为自己的第二次生命喝彩!

Mom this is my first time to write to you, so some shame.
How are you recently? Have a smooth work! How your mood these days, I have no dont care you one day.
How much I miss you, do you give me the rice, how delicious, I often dream of in the evening I went to the kitchen to steal to eat the food you do.
Mom you sit down and rest for a while! Dont be so hard to cook for us after work every day, every day we wash clothes... Every time after the meal, I want to help you wash the dishes, you say you dont have to tube chores, you just mind your own learning. Himself out of one eye, I am full of tears.

How is everything these days? I miss you very much.
I am very happy at my new shool. My teachers and shoolmates are very friendly to me .They ofen help me with my study.Now I am not worried about my English because I make a lot of progress in it anb I become more and more intrested in it. My shool life here is also wonderful. I take part in many part-time activities . I make many friends there and learn lots of learning methods.
Now final exam is coming. I am busy preparing it . I will try my best to do well in it.
I am glad that the summer holiday is coming. I want to take part in a GREEN CITY GROUP.I think I should make a contribution to protecting our environment.
It's hot these days but I can take good care of myself.You should pay more attention to your health.

Dear Mom and Dad,
Although we can only keep in touch with each other by the telephone or the Internet, I wish I could let you know how much I love you and how much I’ve appreciated the things you’ve done for me. It is never too much to say thank you to you, my dear parents.
First and the most important is that thank you for bringing me to this world. During the 20 years, you have done a lot for me, but I haven’t realized how much I love you until I left home to the university. I understand how much effort you have cost to bring me up. Now, I have grown up, I can look after you.
Second, I want to thank you that you give me a good environment to grow up. There is an old saying “Parents are the first teacher to their children”. In my life, you are the typical ones. Because of your good examples I formed the good habit of learning at an early age which benefits my life.
At last, I want to say “thank you” is that you always support my choice. You never forced me to do anything I was not interested in. You told me to pursuit my own dreams without hesitation and you would support me forever. You also told me to how to be a human. Now I become an optimistic and cheerful girl and I feel happy every day.
