She has a large collection of items that have to do with China, such as books videos, tea, artworks, and so on. Mrs. White is kind and outgoing and she usually wears a smile on her face. We are getting along very well with each other. She takes me out to local places every weekend and if you come here, I will be your guide.

I'm not yet sure whether you exist, though I'd like to believe that you do. While it may not make much logical sense, you've been on my mind lately. I haven't thought much about what you'll look like, how tall you'll be, or what type of car you'll drive — I'm not too concerned with the minor details. However, I have been thinking about a few things I want you to know.
I want you to know that I am happy — right now — as a single, 26-year-old "millennial" who lives in a small apartment with a roommate and eats Chipotle for dinner more times than I care to admit. I love my job, I love my crazy friends and family, and I love spending quality time alone. I want you to know that my life has purpose apart from and before you. When we do meet one day, I want you to understand that I do not expect you to complete me, or to be my God. That's way too much pressure for anyone to bear. I am already complete.
I want you to know that I am not a trophy. Apparently, a lot of guys think this is a compliment. However, I want you to know that I have no desire to be seen as a trophy — a symbol of your own perceived success. I was not raised just to sit and look pretty on anybody's shelf. I want to have intellectual conversations. I want to help you chase your dreams. I want to be your partner, not your prize.

“You always say that I am naive. In your eyes, I am always the little girl who will never grow up”. This is my favorite song and also the sound from the bottom of my heart. You made me feel so lucky to be your child. But I find our hearts getting further apart as time goes by.
You strictly forbid me to do entertaining activities even if I finished my homework, such as watching TV or playing computer games. Based on this, I couldn’t get any grade less than A. It is said that genius only means hard-working all one’s life. But I think combining exertion is the best way for learning.
The most important thing to me was that I feel frustrated for having few friends to confide in due to your strict rules. I can’t have a play date, participate in a school play or even choose my own extracurricular activities. Who will accept such a boring and troublesome person? I am just an ordinary girl who can’t stand loneliness, so I always feel contradictory.
On the one hand, I’m grateful to have you in my life, to disappoint you was the least I would do. On the other hand, what you asked for me made me felt like a puppet rather than a real person. I appreciated your efforts to pull me away from a self-indulgent life, but your obsessively extravagant strictness has pushed me into an isolated and insensible one. I need a little freedom so that I will concentrate on something I really interested in.

乐余人民医院的急诊室，有一个年轻的戴眼镜的小伙，人们都亲切地称呼他为小郭医生，大家都—致评价他待人和蔼，视患者如亲人，对工作认真负责，一丝不苟，是人人称赞的好医生。
在同事眼里，郭医生是一个随和可亲的人，温文尔雅，做事永远都是不急不躁。每天清晨，我们总会见到他忙碌的身影，不是忙着给病人开药方，就是帮病人测血压，遇到病人不熟悉医院情况，他更会热情地给病人作导医。
在郭卫东看来，到医院找他的都是患者，对每一位患者，他总是热情相待，虚寒问暖，详细了解病情，再对症下药。有些农村群众不识字，郭医生就耐心叮咛用法用量。在农村长大的郭医生深知普通群众生活的不容易，对病人，他从来不开大药方，就凭这一点，他深得患者的信任和敬佩。镇上有一位老人每次生病，花费动辄上百元，有一次他因为肠炎复发找郭医生看病，几块钱的药就去了病，此后，每当周围的亲戚朋友有头痛脑热的，他就领到郭医生这里诊治。
还有—次，郭卫东值夜班，病人很多，忙于为病人看病的他一直都没顾得上去吃饭，同事特意为他留了份牛奶和面包。这时，一名外来务工人员带着孩子来挂水，小孩一直哭闹着要吃东西，郭医生知道孩子也到现在没吃饭时，毫不犹豫地将面包、牛奶给了孩子，他仍然饿着肚子坚持把病人看完。
这样的例子还有很多，乐余镇红星村的两位老人清楚地记得：2008年因妻子拉肚子急着上医院，钱没带够，老先生在医院急得团团转，是素不相识的郭医生慷慨解囊借钱给他们，并一直帮他们配好药送到输液室，老人一直念叨着遇上了好心人，遇上了好医生，而郭卫东却谦虚地说：这是我应该做的。
在郭卫东妻子的记忆中，郭卫东在急诊室的近10年中，晚上不管什么时候120出车，或医院里需要加班，只要电话一响，他就会马上往急诊室跑，有时候一去就是一个半夜。2009年农历腊月二十九，四处都洋溢着过年的氛围。这天早上，医院来了一名车祸患者，已不醒人事，面部血肉模糊。郭卫东马上投入到紧张的抢救中。擦洗、拍片、缝合……一系列环节下来，已过中午。这时郭卫东还没有吃午饭，虽然饥肠辘辘，可他仍然辗转于病房与科室之间，一直到患者病情平稳下来，才拖着一身疲惫回到了家里。
郭卫东不但医德高尚，而且在技术上精益求精。他一直刻苦学习，经常翻阅专业书籍，向老医生主动请教。在他工作的十几个年头里，他从未收过病人的红包，他诚实守信、廉洁行医的高尚品德值得我们学习。

我的外婆是一个典型的急性子，她这个急性子可不一般，为什么呢？请听我慢慢道来。
“十一”期间，妈妈和外婆商量买火车票去香港旅游一事。从此，我们家人的'耳朵就成了受害者。从开学以来，每天至少是有三个电话是外婆打来的。每当电话机报出是外婆的号码时，我就早已明白电话里的内容了，果然不出我的所料，“杨云呀，你和好好的火车票买了吗？快点买呀，“十一”黄金周人很多的，再不快点就买不到了……”每天这句话都在电话机中徘徊。我想：如果外婆再说这句话的话，可能连电话机都会说了。到了九月底，外婆催的更勤了，就连早上6点多都会打电话来问。每次妈妈说没买时，外婆就会发牢***：“快点呀，要不然就去不成了……”有时气一上来，就会急得大喊大叫。等妈妈买到了火车票，外婆又早早地催我们准备衣服，唉，难道她不是个急性子吗？
到了香港，外婆还是放开了那急性子的性格。有一次，我们到一旅游点游玩决定推迟晚饭的时间，外婆立即脸就阴了下来，极力反对，不容我们分辨就拉着我们往饭店走。当时是在旅游景区，周围的饭店又贵又不好吃，可外婆才不想怎么多呢，风风火火地把我们拉入饭店。别看外婆都77岁的人了，急起来可不比年轻人逊色，如果我们敢说一个“不”字，她就会用高达90分贝的音量来与你争辩，这时，你可真拿她没有办法。
不过，外婆的急性子也不全无好处，就拿我每次回外婆家来说吧，每次走时，外婆都会提前一两天把吃的、穿的给我买好，这样，如果还想要别的，就可以有时间细细挑选了。

她说：“你们来当小听 众，听我演奏二胡，行吗?”我们答应了，坐在沙发上，听着，看着。只见她左手拨弦， 右手拉弓，脚不停地在地上打着拍子，显得那么投入，又那么富有感情。
她说：“我在 艺术节比赛时，一定要夺到冠军。”张梦瑶拉了一遍又一遍，我们被深深地吸引住了。 艺术节文艺汇演那天，我跑到后台，去给张梦瑶送冰淇淋。她说：“你吃吧，我没 有时间。”我只好自己吃。我边吃边对梦瑶说：“梦瑶，祝你成功!”她忙说：“谢 谢。”轮到梦瑶上场了，她走上舞台，向观众鞠了一个躬，然后，坐到椅子上，忘情地 演奏起一首曲子——《光明行》。
她的演奏优美动听。观众们仔细地听着，我也入了迷， 仿佛回到了抗战的岁月，跟着抗日军民浴血奋战。正当我沉浸在乐曲中时，一个高音 “i”，结束了整个曲子。顿时，台下响起了热烈的掌声，老师和同学都为她的出色演 奏表示祝贺。 几天之后，老师宣布，张梦瑶获得了艺术节器乐比赛第一名。听到这振奋人心的消 息，梦瑶激动得眼泪夺眶而出。她知道这是自己几年来坚持苦练的结果，多年的汗水没 有白流，终于为学校争了光。为此，她感到无比骄傲和自豪。 啊，张梦瑶，我佩服你，你是我们的骄傲!
