Firstly, the price of the bus has been cut down, which is very important, I think. Encouraging people to take bus can solve the biggest problem--too much people.
Another way is to develop the bike rental. As we know, car is much bigger than the bike obviously. Driving a car takes up much more place than cycling. So, developing the bike rental is an absolutely correct way to prove traffic circumstances.
Besides, government also builds 4 subway lines under the central of the city and increases the number of the taxis.

风起的时候，你在。风停了，你呢？你去哪儿了呢？
从时间推断，你并没有走远。你刚刚还带着梅花的暗香，踩着路边的残雪站在我面前。我去拍那枝含苞待放的花蕾，一转身，你去哪儿了呢？
梅林一抹嫣红。那竹子，那雪岭，那天边的云彩，全是红的，耀眼的红。我在这满世界的红色里找你，你去哪儿了呢？
江水滔滔，寂静无声。断桥外，笛声悠悠。河畔的拜柳一个哈欠便醒了，一睁眼便绿了，一摇头便是满河的春色。我在满河的春色里浮游，风推着水面的波纹，波纹推着岸边的时光，一圈一圈的旋转。楼宇、青山、停着红云的天空，全都在旋转。
你呢？你也在这里旋转么？
梅再开，水桃便开了。究竟是谁伴着谁？谁又能伴谁多久呢？还有海棠呢。这些杂乱无章的花事，总让人头疼。梅花一瓣一瓣的飘零，水桃花边开边谢，海棠卯足了劲地赶趟儿，唯恐落了最后。崖后的那几株荼蘼，不动声色地等着。我听见它们在说，急啥呢？还有丹桂和雪花呢。
难不成真是赶趟儿呢？山上山下好多的人，各色的男女老幼，清一色的笑颜如花。人流，从山脚涌向山顶，再从山顶流到山脚，壮锦似的瀑布便华丽丽的挂在山上，哦，是挂在天上吧？不是瀑布，是海洋，花的海洋，不是，是云朵，对了，是那红色云朵的海洋。云朵叠着云朵，整个苍穹都在燃烧。
那一片片的梅林，忽而远，忽而近，忽而静止，忽而跳跃……好多次，我真的听见了你的声音，甚至看见了你的身影，只是瞬忽间，又不知了去向。你大概就躲在那棵最大的梅树后边吧，哦，是那些婆娑缭乱的梅花遮住了你我的视线。一瓣梅花，从枝头落下，轻轻地划过我的眉梢，我伸了手去捉，它却忽的`飞走了，蝴蝶似的，像梦，随了那只淡褐色的小蜜蜂，一起，飞走了。远处，是红色的弧光，红色的云霞，红色的春天。
广场上，没有风。忽然就宁静了。四下里看看，空旷旷的，就我一个人。身边就一棵树，一棵老树。没有枝桠，没有树叶，直挺挺的兀立着。太阳红一阵白一阵的，从头顶上直直地照下来，像极了如来佛祖钵盂里发出的光芒。梅树上，嫣红的梅瓣，像翅膀，在不停的振动，嗡嗡的响。刚才那些人呢？那铿锵的音乐，那凌乱的舞蹈呢？
你呢？你去哪儿了？
零零落落的梅树下，满是厚厚的落红。我蹲下身去，嗅着花香，拾起一缕一缕的轻魂。我张开双臂，我敞开胸怀，我要收了这全部的精灵去。用月光，对了，就用月光，还有露珠，用青花瓷的窑变把他们酿熟，酿成一坛坛耀眼的嫣红。

然而，你诚信了吗?
若面对由你垫资支付的500万巨额彩票，你会如何选择呢?是义无反顾、绝对诚信地交给彩民，还是理直气壮要求两家平分，抑或是独吞巨款，逍遥此生?调查之中，后两种选择竟成为主流。
究竟是什么造成了当今社会如此严重的诚信危机呢?在我看来，金钱至上的价值观和高尚信仰的缺失是罪魁祸首。
当市场经济的大潮汹涌澎湃而来，我们所怀念的那个时代就一去不复返了。物欲横流的世界里，似乎"金钱是万能的"成了绝对真理，每个人为了金钱从早奔波到晚，从青年奔波到老年。所谓"诚信"，似乎与利益成了反比关系。若垫资支付的彩票中了5000元，相信很多人会把奖金还给彩民;若中了5万元，这个人数就会大大减少;50万，500万呢?结果就可想而知了。在金钱面前，***将诚信压缩，将贪婪放大，从而衍生了可怕的诚信危机。
另一方面，高尚信仰的缺失也对诚信危机起了推波助澜的作用。高尚的信仰如灯塔，可以照亮我们的心，指引前程。如若没有，就会在漫漫长夜中迷失方向。诚信作为古往今来中华民族的传统美德，一直让我们知道该走向何处。如今，这盏明灯渐渐暗淡，甚至在有的人心中熄灭，反其道而行之，利用别人的诚信为自己谋利。
今年52岁的陶彩芬大姐是淮安市一名普通市民，每天清晨她走街串巷，卖豆腐供儿子上大学，维持生计。一天，她拾到一个装有1700元现金的皮包。在辗转找到失主后，失主竟说包里本有8100元现金，要求陶大姐赔偿不见了的钱。这件事经新闻媒体报道后引起轩然大波。很多人同陶大姐一样不明白，为啥做了诚信的好事却还沦落到现在这个下场呢?失主这样的行为，不仅会使依旧保有诚信的人们寒心，而且进一步加剧了整个社会的诚信危机。
可这并不能成为我们不相信诚信的理由。作为社会的一份子，每个人都应该尽到自己的责任，用心去维护诚信。我们，应当在诚信的灯光指引下，大步向前，走回过去那个纯粹而诚信的时代。这不是时代的倒退，而是心灵的升华。
