记得那是四年级的时候，我们不知怎的就成为了好朋友，每天一起放学，一起去图书馆，一起做手工……我们成了大家公认的“好闺蜜”。六年级时，我想挑战自己，报名参加了900米长跑。为了提升自己的耐力，我决定每天在操场跑步，你选择了陪着我。
以后的每天早晨，操场上总会有我跑步的身影，你就坐在旁边，静静的看着我。我每次经过你时，你总会看看表，大声地告诉我：“姝子，第X圈用了XX秒，加速！”。在我快坚持不下去的时候，你总会跟我说：“加油呀！还有一圈！”仿佛在跑步的不止我一个，还有你。
时间一天一天的过去了，终于迎来了运动会。等到了检录处，我发现其他的参赛同学全部是田径队的`成员。我见到了自己的对手后，很没有信心，都有点想打退堂鼓了。你看出了我的不安，过来抱了抱我，轻声对我说：“没事的，你都练那么多天了，跑下来就好，我和刷刷给你加油！”那一刹，我感觉很是温暖。我想：这大概就是朋友间的爱吧，自己的一个小心思她都能理解，彼此付出，不计回报。
当我站在跑道上时，看到了对我挥手微笑的你，你的笑，就是对我最大的鼓励，我信心倍增。随着裁判的口令，参赛选手都跑了出去。时间一分一秒的过去，到了冲刺的时候。我看见你站在终点，卖力的挥着手，大喊着给我加油，我拼尽全力，向前冲去。冲过终点后，我已经累的两腿发软；你扶着我，满脸通红，眼睛里有掩饰不住的兴奋。你开心的对我说：“看，我就说你很棒吧，跑下来了吧，是不是很有成就感！”最后，我取得了第五名的成绩。虽然名次很是一般，但这是我，不，是我们共同努力得来的结果。正是因为有了朋友给予的爱，我才能坚持下来，不言放弃。
我觉得，朋友之间的爱很简单，它不会惊天动地。或许只是每天早上那个坐在椅子上，给我卡时间的一个小小的举动。但现在只要想起，我便会觉得很温暖。正是因为有了朋友的陪伴，支持以及不计回报的爱，我才能成功。

People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. For me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.人们去旅游有的乘飞机、有的坐火车、坐船、乘公共汽车。对我来说在暑假，最好的方式是徒步旅行。
My preference depends on the purpose of the travel. On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path along a river or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like.
