周日的一大早就去坐班车，我们去干什么呢？你们猜？原来我们小鹿中队要去临江小花朵基地，种树添绿啦。
开始植树了，先把旁边的草通通铲掉，然后挖个坑，我们还发现了一只蚯蚓，但是老师说它们会给树苗松土，我们就放过了它，温茜发现一只小虫子，白白的，肥肥的，我想抓住它，说不定这虫子会吃我们的小树苗的根，可是它一钻进土里就不见了。忙乎了好久，终于把坑挖好了，我们把树苗放进去，最后再把土埋起来，给它浇了点水，然后再把土壤弄平。
最后还挂上了亲手做的名字牌，真希望它快快长高！
然后我们还栽了向日葵，小花朵基地的老师教我们怎么栽向日葵，我们先把向日葵的土装好，然后装个三分之一，再把向日葵的种子，也就是瓜子埋进去了，这样就可以了，接着就等着它开花啰。
后来，我们还玩了很多项目，磨豆浆、挖荸荠、拔河，看鸟窝、抬水比赛等等，还去看了美国火鸡，它的嘴很长很长，比所有鸡的嘴巴都长，它的身体很大很大，脚却很短，我真怕它那细脚支撑不住它那肥胖的身体。
时间不知不觉在开心中溜走了，太阳都快下山了，我们小鹿中队只好恋恋不舍地坐车回家了。

最后他们开开心心地回家了。

For example,you shouldn’t forget to wash your hands before meals.Besides,don’t spit everywhere and try to cover your mouth or nose with paper or hankerchiefs when you have to cough or sneeze.What’s more, remember to wear the mouth-cover if you have to go to the public places, such as the crowded cinemas,supermarkets, buses,where the A flu may spread easily.
Secondly,of course, taking exercise more often and taking good sleep to build your body are wise choices for you to reduce the risk of being infected.
Last but not the least, if you are unlucky to be infected with the slight flu cold, try to stay at home,and take some medicine. Do pay attention to your daily body temperature. If you have a high fever, go to the hospital without delay for further treatment. Make sure you are not expected to come back to school before the cold or flu is cured.
