He then addressed them in these words: "My sons, if you are of one mind, and unite to assist each other, you will be as this faggot, uninjured by all the attempts of your enemies; but if you are divided among yourselves, you will be broken as easily as these sticks."

特别是学校刚修建不久的景色水池，水又清澈又干净，几条小锦鲤鱼在水里活蹦乱跳的，真可爱。水池小瀑布上面还有一个小型喷水器，一开动水就顺墙面潺潺而流，给人一种非常清新活泼的感觉。水池旁边还用了一些我一时也说不上来的植物装饰，水中还有几朵紫色的小莲花，小鱼儿一会在水上活动，一会又钻到莲花下躲藏人们的眼光。虽然这个水池没什么特别，可是它不但给学校增添春色和动感，而且又是一处好看的景色，我真喜欢这个喷水池。池正中，有许多水生植物。瞧，一条欢蹦乱跳的大鲤鱼翘着尾嗜，挺着胸脯，那一片片鱼鳞，在阳光下忽闪，忽闪，真像一颗晶莹的珍珠哩!水池旁有一个专门管理水池的管理处，以前管理处旁还有一些关于水池的的书买呢，不可惜现在已经搬走了。
?水池旁有一圈专门来装饰水池的鲜花，每天。学生们迎着朝阳到学校，一进大门就能看到这个美丽的这个水池，可见这水池挺受学生们的欢迎，刚建好的时候学生一到学校都会上来参观，即使过了很久，还有学生来参观景色水池。其实他们都是来看那些游动着的生命——鲤鱼的。可是自从鲤鱼死后，就没学生过来看了，其实我也很难过，好端端的小生命一个个就没了。
哦，我想起来了，水池旁边还有两个麒麟头，在它们的嘴里会喷出小水柱，我多么希望快快在水里增加几条有活力的生命啊!这样学校的水池才更有趣，也更给校园增添风光，这样的喷水池也有它无比神奇的色彩哦!

我们西安，是陕西省的省会城市，历史上叫做长安。它是世界四大文明古都之一，从建设到现在，已经有3100多年的历史。它曾经是我国古代12个朝代的首都;有名的丝绸之路就是从这里开始;著名的唐僧西天取经，也是从这里出发;它目前是我国西北地区最大的城市。
我们西安最大的特点是，历史文物和名胜古迹特别多。一进西安，你就会看到目前世界上规模最大、保存最完好的明代古城墙。城墙的历史，已经有630多年。它高12米，宽度比高度还厚3—6米，看起来非常雄伟壮观。城墙把古城分为城里、城外两个部分。城里最著名的旅游景点是钟楼，还有鼓楼和碑林博物馆;城外有大雁塔、小雁塔和我国目前最大的陕西历史博物馆。
钟楼处在西安的市中心，是我们西安的标志性建筑，说到钟楼，人们就会想到西安;说到西安，人们同样会想到钟楼。钟楼和鼓楼，都是以古代放置大钟和大鼓而得名，听说钟楼上放置的那个大钟，足足有5吨多重呢!
碑林博物馆，那就更神奇了。它距今已经有900多年的历史， 里面有8座游廊和8座碑亭，收藏了从汉代到清代的碑石共2300多个，上面有隶书、草书、行书等各种书法，可都是古代著名书法家的杰作。热爱书法的小朋友，你一定很希望去那里看一看!
再说城外的大雁塔。凡是来西安的人，都要去那里看看。那可是当年唐朝皇上为了保存唐僧去西天取回的经书和舍利子，而专门为他修建的，至今已经有1355年了。
说了这么多，还有最精彩的没给你介绍呢!那就是被誉为“世界八大奇迹”的秦始皇兵马俑博物馆。哪里有好多好多的秦代兵马俑，他们身材高大，形象逼真，身披盔甲，手拿兵器，排成一个个的方阵，好威武啊!凡是来过我们国家的`外国元首和我们国家的***，都去那里参观过。美国总统克林顿和他的夫人和女儿，还下到正在挖掘的俑坑，和兵马俑一起照过像呢!
除了上面说的这些，在我们西安附近，还有许多名胜古迹，如黄帝陵、秦始皇陵、法门寺、武则天墓、杨贵妃墓等等。还有其它大大小小的黄帝陵墓共70多处。
我们西安不但古迹多，而且交通也很发达。到西安来，不管你坐飞机、坐火车都非常方便。我们的火车站就在市内，飞机场离市内也只有半个小时的路程。我们的市内交通也很方便，公交车、出租车满街都是，有一环路、二环路、高架桥、立交桥，还有绕城高速公路。总之，不管你去那里，保证方便。
