we left home quite early in order to avoid the traffic jam.about two hours later, we came to a nice place. it was near a river. we put our bicycles under the trees and went swimming. it was a very hot day. the water was very refreshing.
after having a swim, we had lunch in the cool shade under the trees. then we went for a walk. we didn't come back home until the night fell.

经过一路的颠簸，我终于从呼和浩特来到了响沙湾，看介绍说，这里是属于内蒙古库布齐沙漠的一部分。
一下车，我就被眼前所看到的景象惊呆了，无边无际的沙漠展现在我们眼前，细沙在阳光的照耀下显得金光闪闪，美丽极了。一座座沙丘就像连绵不断的金山。一粒粒金色的沙子，绵延了整个景区。放眼望去，满眼尽是无边黄沙，只看到游客在缓缓地移动着。我忍不住迈开双脚，想冲进这茫茫沙漠去拥抱它，咦，我从未体验过这种奇妙的感觉，松松的.，软软的，还带着太阳的热度。远处的小丘上，一排排骆驼慢悠悠地走着，好像在欢迎我们的到来。
我们坐索道来到了沙漠深处，在那儿，我们和沙漠合影留念。接下来我们乘坐了沙漠里最刺激冲浪车。冲浪车在起起伏伏的沙丘里飞快行驶，一会儿冲上陡峭的沙丘，一会儿又猛地从高沙丘上直冲下来，就像是轮船在大海里里乘风破浪，我感觉自己心都要跳出来了。冲浪车时快时慢，在平缓的沙丘上时，又让人觉得像躺在摇篮里一样舒服 。冲浪车来到了飞索场地，我穿戴上玩飞索的专用工具，我像雄鹰一样开始展翅飞翔，经过一百米的滑翔，我到了终点。
我们在沙漠里继续行进，接下来的游玩项目是骑上骆驼，体验沙漠之舟。我迫不及待地向骆驼奔去，爬上驼背，用手使劲抓住铁环，在向导人的指引下，骆驼慢慢地站了起来。我突然觉得自己变高了许多，骆驼扭曲着身子，一步一步稳稳当当的走着，就像坐上了一只小船，晃晃悠悠，我紧张极了，怕被摔下来，双手牢牢地抓住鞍子上的铁环。就这样，骆驼载着我们向沙漠的更深处走去。经过沙雕园后一直走到了沙漠中的小火车站，我们坐着沙漠火车就出来了。

我们几个爬上一个大沙丘，然后再从沙丘上滚下来，再把自己埋在沙里面，玩得开心极了！忽然，爸爸喊道：“快来看！蜥蜴！”我们急忙跑过去，一只小蜥蜴正独自在沙漠中爬行，我正想摸它，可它却不让，急忙钻进沙子里面去了！

7月12日我和妈妈等一行10人一起坐车去了沙漠，一开始在路上还能看到小镇、村庄和农田，之后越走越荒凉，走过了一个大转弯又走了几公里就到了沙漠。
沙漠旁边有一块块插着枯芦苇杆的沙地，妈妈说，那是为了挡风沙，防止沙子破坏沙漠公路的。我们进了沙漠，看到了壮观的沙漠景象，连绵起伏的沙丘一望无边，沙丘有的大有的小，有的高有的低。我兴奋的跳下了车，跑到了沙丘那，为了不让太多的沙子钻进我的鞋子里，我脱了鞋只穿着袜子爬沙丘，我们几个小孩子比赛，我居然爬了个第一，那心情老好了。我站在沙丘上放远眺望，发现沙丘的表面有许多花纹。这些花纹有长有短，有横着的，有竖着的，有的甚至看起来像大海的波纹。我问妈妈：“为什么会这样呢？”妈妈说：“这是风爷爷做的怪！”

他们走了一段时间，小红马又饿又渴，小红马看见小骆驼没有一点儿渴和饿的样子，就问：“你不渴也不饿吗？我都已经很渴很饿了。”小骆驼停下脚步，笑着回答：“我一点儿也不渴，也不饿，因为我背上的两个肉疙瘩叫驼峰，可以贮存养料，所以我在沙漠里可以不吃不喝走很久，如果你又渴又饿，你再坚持一下，等一会儿到了绿洲就可以吃东西了。”
突然一阵狂风卷着风沙就朝小骆驼和小红马刮过来，小骆驼连忙说：“你快躲到我的身子下面。”小红马着急的问：“你没事吗？”小骆驼说：“你放心，我长着两层睫毛，不怕风沙的。”风沙过去了，小骆驼果然没事。
过了很长一段时间，小骆驼他们终于从沙漠里走了出来，小红马说：“今天谢谢你！我知道了每人都有长处，以后我再也不会取笑别人了，我们做好朋友，好吗？小骆驼开心的说：“好的。”
从此，小骆驼和小红马成了形影不离的好朋友。
