Obviously, this saying can be naturally associated with the seriousness of rumors: if we intend to have a positive Internet environment, it is advisable to eliminate/refuse rumors.
In contemporary society, it has become a trend for individuals to surf the Internet for the information they need. Meanwhile, an increasing number of people find it rather difficult to distinguish the true news from rumors. Searching the Internet, we can notice a great many examples like this: false news, ads and pictures.Then, it is these rumors that lead the public to be cheated, confused and even panic. As a matter of fact, experts in large numbers have come to realize the importance of Internet honesty.
As a regular Internet surfer, I am convinced that it is of great necessity for government to punish rumor makers. Accordingly, we should educate, advocate and encourage our friends, classmates and acquaintances to refuse making and spreading rumors. Sparing no efforts to do so, we will witness a hopeful and promising future of Internet life.

读完《巴黎圣母院》我的感受非常深刻。
主人公是卡西莫多和爱斯梅拉尔达，在他们和另外一些人之间发生了许多事。卡西莫多长相很丑，这些都在卡西莫多身上完美的体现出来。而爱斯梅拉尔达是一位吉普赛女郎，天生貌美，但却因为被冤枉而叛绞刑。就在这时，卡西莫多多次冲出来救了他。但最后黑话王国的人要来就爱斯梅拉尔达。而卡西莫多却将其击退。就在这时副主教大人将爱斯梅拉尔达绞死，然后把她的尸体丢到山谷中。卡西莫多就陪她一起到了山谷中，一直到死。
读完这本书，我很悲伤，但我很敬佩卡西莫多。我想卡西莫多虽然丑，但他的心灵是美的！读完这本书，我认识到了什么是真正的真善美。所以，我们要做一个心灵美的人。

Every four years, people will look forward to the biggest sport game, the Olympic Games. This year, The Rio Olympics is coming soon, as the media much pay attention to report the progress, more problems of this big project have been revealed.
每四年,人们会期待最大的体育比赛,奥林匹克运动会。里约热内卢奥运会快到了,今年媒体非常关注并且报告了进展,然而更多项目的问题被揭露出来。
The biggest problem is the unfinished buildings. It is known to all that a city will be given the right to hold the Olympic Games at least 8 years ahead, so that the government will have enough time to prepare. But the day is so closed and some sports courts are still being built, how could this happen in such big event.
最大的问题是还没完成的建筑。众所周知,一个能够得到举办奥运会权力的城市会提前至少8年揭晓,这样,政府才会有足够的时间准备。但如今日子很临近,一些体育场地还在建,这种事在这样的事件怎么可以发生在这样重大的比赛前。
The second problem is the health. Rio is not the developed city, its health care must can’t compare with the developed contries. As its hot weather and other reason, some diseases are easily to spread. It has been reported that some athletes have dropped out of this coming event, for there exists a kind of virus which will make people sick badly.

对这本书的了解是通过电影，看这本书的时候，脑子里全都是这本书的内容的影面，很庆幸自己先看过电影，才了解的更容易些……
《巴黎圣母院》是一个善良无辜者在制制度下遭受迫害的悲剧。
在阅读这本书的过程中，我感受到了强烈的美丑对比，其中善良美丽的少女爱斯梅拉达，残忍虚伪的圣母院副主教克洛德，弗罗洛和外表丑陋、内心崇高的敲钟人伽西莫多，为本书构成了一幅绚丽而奇异的画面，形成了尖锐、让人难以置信的善与恶、美与丑的对比，这也正是这本书的魅力所在。
女主角是个善良纯洁的少女，她富于同情，敢于舍己救人，当以卖文为生的诗人甘果瓦，深夜时误入黑话王国，即将被***死时，她挺身而出虽不爱他，却愿与他结婚、当卡西莫多在烈日暴晒的广场上遭到鞭挞，口渴向人们求助时，只有她对这个丑怪异常而且又挟持过她的人表示同情，满足他的要求……她性格天真、且品格坚贞……作者把这个人物塑造成美与善的化身，并将故事围绕她而引起，以引起读者对她的无限同情，从而产生对封建教会及王权的强烈愤恨。
在小说中，雨果十分自觉加以揭露的封建恶势力首先就是教会，克洛德就是教会的化身，他外表道貌岸然，内心却如蛇蝎般毒，表面圣洁，内心却贪求女色，过着荒淫奢侈的生活，对世人充满敌意，但最终恶人终有恶报。
作者也以极大的同情心描写了巴黎最下层的人民、流浪者和乞丐，他们身份卑微低下，但却拥有远远胜于那个所谓有教养、文明的世界的人的崇高美德：互助友爱、正直勇敢、舍己为人……小说中巴黎下层流浪者为救出爱斯梅拉达攻打圣母院的场面：悲壮、激烈、慷慨、惊心动魄，显示出的英勇无畏更证明了这一点。
这篇小说具有一定的震撼力，卷走了我们的全部感情，也让我们深深地体会到内在美的重要性。一个人拥有美丽的外表是让人羡慕的，但我们更加看重的是他的内心是怎样的，如果他内心肮脏，品质下劣，这种人根本谈不上美。所以，我们要从一个人的内心去对待这个人，要相信内在美是最重要的。
