今天我既开心又紧张，因为我有一个项目就是200米决赛。我紧张是因为我要跟别班的高手比赛，跑进决赛的`同学都是高手，我预赛以第一名的成绩跑进决赛，所以今天我要竭尽全力跑好这场比赛老师看到我那么紧张，就走了过来对我说：“小楠不要那么紧张你尽力跑就行了。”我说：“知道了。”
我离决赛还有半个小时，我就在我们运动员的大本营上做好准备，我就做好充分的热身运动，过了一会儿，到我们小组决赛了，我的心里非常紧张我的手掌都是汗，我就深呼吸了一口气才没有那么紧张，裁判员点完名字之后就带着我去200米起跑点，我就站好我的位置望着前方，裁判员点完人数之后就准备说开始了，当裁判员说“预备”我就望着前方，枪声一响我用了九牛二虎的力气向终点冲去，我们班的啦啦队正在为我加油，一眨眼我就跑到了终点，我就拿了第三名。我非常高兴，我个人比赛终于拿到奖了，我希望还没有比赛的运动员继续为我们班加分。
过了一会儿，我就站在颁奖台上面等待校长为我颁发奖牌，我看到校长手上拿着那些奖牌我非常高兴，我知道靠自己的事每一件事都可以成功。
这就是我的意外收获，因为我在中心小学第一次拿到个人奖，我永远忘不了。
