我一定会回答：“炒米粉！”
来福州以前，我住在以米粉著名的兴化，所以吃过很多次米粉，就从那个时候起，我深深的爱上了米粉。
米粉的烹煮方式很多：有肉圆米粉、蔬菜米粉、炒米…等等，其中“炒米粉”是我的最爱。
QQ的米粉搭配简单的蔬菜、美味的肉丝、软软的豆干，全部拌炒在一起，就是一个完美的组合，炒米粉是我最心爱的小吃。一般来讲，我都是吃原味的，偶而加上酱油，但当我生气时会猛放辣椒，这时炒米粉变成红米粉了。
福建的.每一个地方都有米粉，有的米粉有汤，粗粗的米粉会切的短短的，可以要汤匙来吃。兴化的米粉特别QQ的，炒起来好吃的没话说。这两种米粉都有在卖，我都吃得到。
米做的米粉，是很棒的小吃，身为一个中国人，我特别喜欢这一样，想到福建，就会想到米粉呢！

“叮叮叮”，上课铃响了，我深吸一口气，走上讲台，对同学们说:Hello, Nice to meet yo.” “Nice ti meet yo to.”同学们不约而同地回答.我向同学们介绍了自己,同学们马上送给我热烈的掌声。随后,便开始在掌声中上课了，同学们,跟我读单词” “Yes,teacher.” “cover,cover, go” “cover, cover” “sell” “sell, sell.” “ok, agoin.” 接着，同学们又响亮的.读了起来。“好，现在我们每组同学充当一个角色，第一组彼得，第二组安妮，go。”我一声令下，充当角色的游戏马上就要开演了。“I like drawing， Let is draw，图片。”顿时，全班大笑，有的笑弯了腰，有的捂着肚子笑。“安静。”我拿着棍子喊道。这时，第二组的唐敏说“你们笑什么笑，没文化，不知道，中外结合吗?一看都不懂。”“哎，还中外结合，我看你是狗加唐敏相结合。”刘兵说。顿时，唐敏无话可说了，用书遮住脸，真想找个地缝钻下去。我说“笑什么，你们不知道鼓励他，反而在这里冷嘲热讽。唐敏，相信我，你会读懂的，加油。”听了我的鼓励，同学们和我一起为第二组的同学加油。第二组的同学昂起头，用洪亮的声音读出了安妮说的话：“I like drawing，Let is draw pictures。”刚说完，教室里便响起雷鸣般的掌声，第二组成功了。我对他们投去赞扬的眼光，他们也自豪的坐了下去。“唐敏，你刚才怎么不钻入地缝里去呀?”“哎呀，地缝里的大王不让我抢他地盘。”说着，大家都笑了起来。

我第一次当小老师，既收获了成功，又收获了欢笑。虽然往事不再，但它已成为我记忆中的珍宝。

我先挑了两个大土豆，把它们放进水池里洗干净，再让奶奶教我刨土豆皮。奶奶左手拿土豆，右手拿刨子，只见她把刨子上的刀片往土豆上一擦，一块土豆皮就刨了下来。再刷刷刨几下，土豆就露出了金黄色的果肉。我心想：这么简单，我也会。我拿了一个土豆刨了起来。刨完后，我觉得土豆小了很多，原来我刨的时候太用力，把土豆肉都刨掉了。奶奶笑着说：“刨的时候要轻一点，才不容易把果肉也刨掉。”我按照奶奶说的轻轻刨，果然只刨掉了土豆皮。
该切土豆了。我拿起刀切起来，可是切完以后一看，呵呵，这哪里是土豆片啊？大的大，小的小，厚的厚，薄的薄。我心想：怎么切得这么难看呀！奶奶似乎看出了我的心思，说：“没关系，你第一次切土豆，已经很不错了。我来帮你切成土豆丁。”奶奶拿起刀，熟练地切起来，不一会，就把土豆切成了方方正正、大小匀称的土豆丁。
奶奶帮我把火开起来，等锅热了，我倒了点油进去。油热了，冒出了烟。我把土豆丁倒进锅里，只听噼噼啪啪的声音，我赶紧用铲子翻炒起来。我又从盐盒里舀了一小勺盐放入锅中继续炒，土豆变得黄亮亮的'。奶奶倒了点开水进锅里，盖上锅盖说：“再煮一会。”过了几分钟，我有点着急了，迫不及待地打开盖子，看见锅里还有水，又连忙盖上盖子。又等了大概五分钟，我打开盖子，水已经烧干了。我赶紧又翻炒了几下，再洒上了我爱吃的胡椒粉，就把土豆丁铲进了盘子里。哇，一盘金灿灿的土豆丁出炉了。我闻了闻，真是太香了！尝了一口，又软又糯，好吃极了！
妈妈回来了，当她看到土豆丁，得知是我炒的，直夸我有大厨的潜力！我得意极了，第一次炒土豆就这么成功！
