一切准备好后，我打开抽油烟机，顿时发出一阵“轰隆隆”的响声，接着“啪搭”一声点燃了煤气灶，等到锅烧热了，我倒了一勺油，感到油温有七、八热了，赶紧端起搅拌好的鸡蛋，还没等妈妈一声“慢”字说出口，鸡蛋就一溜烟滑进油锅里了，耳边只听见”刺啦”一声，油溅得到处都是，还有几滴油溅到了我的脸上，顿时就感到火辣辣的痛。这时，妈妈吓得连忙关掉了火，亲切地对我说：“心急吃不了热豆腐”，做事要小心谨慎哦。听了妈妈的话，我又重新拿来两个鸡蛋搅拌均匀，再次点燃了火，这次我按妈妈说的慢慢地把碗边靠在锅子边沿，缓缓地倒下搅拌好的鸡蛋，顷刻间鸡蛋四周已经凝固成淡黄色的一圈，正往中间一点一点凝固，不一会儿中间就起了一些小气泡，我连忙拿起铲刀在锅里翻炒起来。一下子鸡蛋的.香味就扑鼻而来，翻炒几下后撒下了少许盐和葱末。这样美味的炒鸡蛋就大功告成了。
