中午离开了蓬莱，踏入中国的风筝之都潍坊。
风筝有一个别名——纸鸢，它是用纸糊成的。风筝起源于中国，在2300年前的春秋战国时期，伟大的哲学家墨子就琢磨三年而成，蜚一日而败，虽然没有成功，但将技术传给了弟子鲁班，鲁班改木为竹，把珠子劈开削光滑，在火上烤弯曲，做成喜鹊的样子，这只喜鹊在空中飞行达3天之久，这就是我国历史上的第一只风筝。

曾游览过许多广场，独有潍坊的风筝广场别有一番情趣。在此之前，儿子曾游过这里，并传来了许多照片，让我先期领略过这个广场的风采。
此次踏上风筝广场，感觉好像是在找寻儿子的足迹。风筝广场位于潍坊城正中的胜利路南，白浪河东，面积不大，占地压河50000平方米，比北京的天安门广场、大连的星海广场小许多。
傍河而建，西南桥下有橡胶水坝，坝上瀑流潺潺，白练晶莹，飞泄而下，使整个广场显得极其生动，尽显灵气。广场正西白浪河中有灯光喷泉，每遇重大节庆活动，喷泉将喷珠泄玉，溅出五彩水柱，巍伟壮观。
西北侧胜利桥前有圆型观景台伸入河中，感觉从这里开始游览广场比较有趣，便举步向观景台走去。站在高高的观景台上，东望广场全景，西观高楼林立，上看蓝天白云丽日，下瞰白浪河飘带如飞，让人心旷神怡。
广场南面建有造型别致的潍坊世界风筝博物馆，正对博物馆的小广场上有鲁班身披风筝御风而起的大型雕塑，形象生动地再现了风筝创始人鲁班的风采。十多年来，我们家乡也在打墨子鲁班牌，称此两老均为我们滕州人，并请来了专家予以确认，不知此处塑一鲁班像，与我们家乡有冲突吗。
风筝广场内景点众多，什么吉祥大道，鸢标广场，芙蓉树阵，民俗长廊，咏筝栈桥等，因为时间有限，不能一一细赏。印象最深的是这里的铜塑，多以风筝、版画为主题，造型生动，喻意深刻，件件精美，个个传神。
半小时游览一个广场，对我而言只是走马观花，尽管粗略，好在看到的全是精品。感谢手机的摄影功能，它帮我记录下风筝广场的部分美景。但愿以后有机会再来鸢都，让我细细品味这精巧的广场，再续我的风筝情节。
