同学们，你们知道什么时候吃粽子吗？哈哈，告诉你们吧，是农历五月初五端午节。每年端午节的时候，人们都会把粽子扔进河里，给鱼虾鳖蟹吃，据说是为了纪念伟大的诗人屈原。
我的老家在浙江，那里每年过端午节都要吃粽子，包粽子也是一年当中最热闹的时候，人们都会聚集到海边，边吃粽子，边怀念屈原。粽子的味道非常的好，碧绿的粽叶上散发着淡淡的清香，剥开粽叶，一股粽香扑面而来，吃一口，让人回味无穷，每家人包粽子，都有人闻着香味而垂涎三尺。
粽子的做法也非常简单，只是时间长些罢了。首先我们要选最好的糯米，放到水里泡一上午，当看到糯米光得白白胖胖的时候，用粽叶包成三角形的样子后放到蒸笼里煮。一开蒸笼，一个个色香味俱全的粽子做成了。
你可别看粽子小，可是能吃饱肚子的，早上如果没有吃早饭的话，饿了的话就可以拿上一个小粽子放进碗里，再加一把糖蘸着吃，可香了，吃完后，我们的肚子立即就饱饱的了。有的粽子里加了红豆，放进嘴里嚼一嚼，十分可口，有时往往没有尝出味道，一个粽子便没有了，又说服自己再拿一个吃吧。
我们这一口，那一口，不到几口，粽子便没有了，嘴马上粘满了粽米。
世界上每个人都一定喜欢吃粽子，特别是端午节那天，家家户户都弥漫着粽香。

每个人都有自己喜欢的一种风味食品，我也不例外，我喜欢的风味食品是粽子。
成菱形的粽子是用糯米、猪肉、绿豆、酱油、盐等原料制作。糯米和绿豆要提前一晚上泡，泡好的糯米要用酱油、盐腌上2小时，把一根双汇的玉米肠切碎。箬叶先放入水中煮上半小时，后把腌好的糯米和绿豆玉米肠混合到一起。准备好后就可以开始包，先拿两片箬叶错位放好，从根部斜着卷起过来，放些米，放块猪肉，再放米盖满，然后把箬叶卷过来包住米，卷起，尾部的箬叶也卷上，尾上的箬叶全都卷到边上，边上的箬叶握一下封好口，用线捆好后就可以煮了。
粽子的颜色人，有翠绿的箬叶包裹着。煮熟以后，颜色变深，剥开墨绿的箬叶，只见金黄色的米团里镶嵌着一颗颗绿色的绿豆。粽子的味道更是美味，咬一口馅儿，甜而不腻，黏而爽口。这么好吃的粽子，你们知道它的来历吗？
