食盐：一包方便面含盐约6克，而一个人一天食盐的摄取量以6克为宜，所以方便面含盐量明显偏高。经常吃方便面会因摄入食盐过多而易患高血压，且损害肾脏。
磷酸盐：磷酸盐添加剂可以改善方便面的味道。但是，人体摄磷太多会使体内的钙无法充分吸收、利用，容易引起骨折、牙齿脱落和骨骼变形。
防氧化剂：方便面从制成到消费者，短时为一两个月，长时竟达一两年，其中添加的防氧化剂和其他化学药品因长期贮存，受环境影响，已经在慢慢变质，食后对人体有一定的害处。
为此，有关专家建议最好少吃方便面。为了防止和降低方便面对人体的危害，吃方便面时，将泡方便面的汤倒掉，再兑上开水或别的汤，以减少其中的盐及其他有害物质。另外，吃方便面时可加些含维生素丰富的蔬菜，如菠菜、青椒等，以便冲淡各种添加剂对人体的危害。

喜爱我的人有两种：一是不会做饭或是懒得做饭的人，二是宅男宅女。至于那些爱美的'女孩，早就把我拉进黑名单了。为此，我好伤心!
可是偏偏有些大人非要和我“作对”!他们告诉小孩子，说我是没有什么营养的，吃多了容易胖。我知道后，怒发冲冠!的确，我们方便面家族是属于油炸型的，脂肪含量也高。但是，你只要适量的吃，也能和“小胖墩”这个称呼保持一定的距离啊!
但我也不是十全十美的。我比那些豆制品，奶制品家族的营养价值逊色多了。不过，至少我味道鲜美，食用方法简单，而且还有许多著名明星为我代言呢……

母亲不怎么喜欢吃方便面。所以每次我和父亲吃方便面时，她总是在一旁吃着她自己的。我和父亲大快朵颐方便面，吃得大汗淋漓的时候，她就在那里边吃饭边看电视。有时候香气四溢，她实在忍不住，也会与我们一同吃起来。
