nowadays, we can see some boys and girls who live in a small world of their own. they bury themselves among books and are proud of themselves. they think that it will make them lose their face if they do housework for they often think themselves very noble.
these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single,yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true.however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

自从我们来到了这个世界，我们就时时刻刻都在成长；而在成长的过程中，我们渐渐地会发现，周围的人们，和我们是那样的相似，又是那样的不同。相似，是因为我们属于同一个种族——人类。我们都会高兴，会难过，会用心去感受；不同的是，我们虽然大多都接受着同一种认知，但在这之下，我们的思想不同，对事物的理解方式也就不同。所以，导致我们对事物的看法的不同以及行为的不同。这也是你为什么会因为一件事由于你和别人看法的不同，而让你们争吵的原因。
其实，我们最初对世界的认知，是就近于周围的环境来认识这个世界的。而这些从小就形成的观点，或多或少都会对我们以后的人生观，世界观产生影响。乃至于会产生你的观点不被别人所认同的这样一种情况。那么，在这种时候，你是会选择改变自己的看法，还是别人的看法？如果你认为，选择对的'罢。但是，你怎么知道你选择的是对的呢？你认为对，别人还认为是错的呢。或者你会选择盲从吧，随大流就好。但是，这样盲目地，没有自己的观点，按照别人的想法活着有意思吗？真理有时是掌握在少数人手中！而掌握真理，就是拥有自己的思想，做自己！
我们为什么要做自己？每个生命都是独一无二的。我们有必要在这个人口诸多的星球上保留自己的独特性。那为什么要做最好的自己呢？凡是要做一件事，我们就应当努力将它做到最好。做事是如此，更何况是做自己。做最好的自己，是给自己一个承诺，一个目标，一个拼搏的动力。所以，我们应做最好的自己。
做自己，并不代表着去标新立异，与规则去对着干。而是应在对绝大多数人无影响，以及遵守原则的情况下，发挥出自己的风格，张扬出自己的个性，体现出自己的优点。当然，这也不是要你完全和别人背道而驰，而是应该采纳别人的优点，从而用自己的方式去使用他们。直至别人的优点完全变成了你的方法为止。
而做最好的自己，则是在做自己的基础上，去追求自己的理想，并时刻准备着为之付出一切。有人说，没有最好，只有更好。当然由此可以看出，做最好的自己，这个度的把握：当你费尽千辛万苦，终于将自己对世界的认知，领悟，以及对与各种知识的掌握，都已达到一个自己相对来说境界了，且这种境界一直伴随着你，直至陪伴你度过你的一生。那么祝贺你，已经修成了最好的自己。当然，如果你在不断追求新生，超脱旧我的话，也祝贺你：在不断填补自身的空白，在“做更好的自己”的路上为“做最好的自己”这个目标而奋进。
不必瞻前顾后，不必犹豫不决，也不必为了他人的观点而去寻求自身的烦恼。去做自己吧，相信你自己是最好的。这样人人都会成为最好的自己。

One day, Paula and Richard decided to make a kite.
First they went out and found two straight sticks of the same length. They brought them back home and tied them with a piece of string into the shape of a cross. Then they took some string and used it to tie the four ends of the sticks together. Then, they spread some brightly coloured paper over the frame and glued it around the string.They stuck a tail made of paper to one of the corners, and tied a long string to the centre of the kite.
On the next windy day, they took the kite to a hill near their house and flew it.
一天，保罗和理查德决定做一个风筝。
首先，他们出门找了两根一样长的直木棍。他们把木棍带回家，用一根绳子把它们绑成十字形。然后他们又拿了些绳子，把木棍的四个顶端连在一起。然后，他们把一些颜色鲜艳的纸涂上胶水，粘在风筝的框架上。他们将纸做的尾巴粘在一角，在风筝中间系上一根长绳。
在接下来的一个有风的日子里，他们就在家附近的小山上放风筝了。

在商店里，我看见过各种各样的三明治，也吃过很多。我想；我吃的三明治都是商店买来的，那何不自己做一个呢！
说做就做是我的脾气，于是我到超市进行了一次集体大采购，我买的东西有：切片面包，火腿肠，鸡蛋和番茄酱。准备回家制作。
回到家，我走进厨房，按照说明书开始做了起来。首先，我拿来火腿肠并把它切成了一片一片的，只要切6到8片就可以了，在把切好的火腿肠放到盘子里备用。接着就是煎鸡蛋的过程了，这可是一个重要的工序，煎的时间长了鸡蛋就会糊，煎的时间短了又会不脆。我在锅里倒了一点油，把火打开，等油热了把鸡蛋打进锅里，只听到“哧”的一声，鸡蛋下锅了，我吓了一跳往后退了一步，虚惊一场啊。我正想把鸡蛋翻过来，我却停住了，生怕油贱起来。这时妈妈说；“佳佳你不用怕，你只要轻轻的把鸡蛋翻过来就好了。”我按照妈妈说的做，顺利的把鸡蛋翻了个面。过了一会儿在妈妈的帮助下我把鸡蛋煎好了，然后又用剩余的油来炒香肠，这样才能把香肠煎的更香。最后我就要开始平装三明治了，先把两片切片面包涂上番茄酱，然后把准备好的鸡蛋和相场夹在两片面包的中间，最后组合好的三明治放进微波炉烤1 分钟，一个完整的爱心三明治就完成了。
吃着我自己做的三明治就是不一样的，因为这是我的劳动果实，以后我做给我的同学和老师吃，一起来分享劳动的成果。
