兰州拉面是兰州当地的风味小吃，正宗的兰州拉面是马保子做的。他做的牛肉面汤鲜味美，特别是他店的“进店一碗汤”，特受人们的喜爱。
兰州拉面吸引人之处在于它的味道好。那芬香的清汤浸泡着绿色的香菜，吃起来香香的，又放了牛肉和牛肝，牛肉取自兰州当地的牦牛肉或黄牛肉，这些牛肉味美爽滑，是肉中极品，手拉的拉面也特别润滑又有韧性，面条用优质面粉做成，这么一大碗拉面，别说吃了，就算让你久久地看着也照样垂涎三尺！
兰州拉面做法很简单，来了客人，随手抓一把预备好的拉面放进清汤里，让面在汤里晃动一两分钟，加上最上等牦牛肉，估计这时你已被那牛肉的香味和面条的柔滑迷倒了。开始调味时，捞出些兰州特产的绿萝卜片、香菜和蒜苗，放进汤里提鲜。如果来了吃辣的客人，还会浇上一勺红红的辣油，就这样，这碗兰州拉面就做好了。瞧瞧，是不是很色香味俱全啊！
吃拉面也挺有意思的，吃兰州拉面时，我喜欢先喝一喝它的汤，毕竟拉面的精髓在汤里，喝汤后我觉得胃里热热的，一下子便有了胃口，接着，我会吃汤里的牛肉，吃牛肉时，我习惯地先闻闻牛肉，品尝它的香味，也就是它的“粗”味道，接下来我会品尝它的“细”味道，我将眼睛闭上了，且认真地品尝牛肉，这时，我已经完全沉浸在牛肉喷香的世界里了，我“吧啷”嘴，让牛肉的香味从嘴里散发出来，还不由自主地感叹：“真好吃啊！”，“真是个小馋猫啊！”妈妈笑着说道。接下来我吃那有韧性的面。过了一会儿，面就被我吃个净光了。我虽然已被拉面地热气搞得满头大汗，但我依旧打了一个香味的饱嗝，真是回味无穷啊！
兰州拉面因此驰名中外，所以，小朋友，当你和你的父母到兰州游玩时，一定要尝尝正宗且美味的兰州牛肉拉面！
