今天，奶奶买来了我最喜欢吃的鸡翅。我开心得跳了起来，让奶奶快一点炸鸡翅。
奶奶先把鸡翅洗干净，然后把洗干净的鸡翅放进了碗里。接着，奶奶又放进了料酒、黄酒、炸鸡粉，把鸡翅和配料搅拌均匀，保证鸡翅的每一面都有炸鸡粉。然后把面包粉倒到另一个碗里，把鸡翅放进碗里，放在一旁。我问：“为什么不开始炸了？”奶奶说：“面包粉还没粘在鸡翅上，要粘在了上面才能开始烧。”
奶奶把油倒进了碗里，开上大火，蓝色的火花从锅下一下子冒了出来。等油烧开了，奶奶把鸡翅放入锅中，锅里发出了“滋滋”的声音。我害怕地躲到了奶奶身后。奶奶对我说：“这不过是水遇到了滚烫的油，温度升高，飞溅了出来，没什么可怕的。”过了一会，鸡翅变得金灿灿的，就像金条一样，发出了一阵阵香气。不一会儿，整个屋子都有了鸡翅的香味。我问奶奶：“为什么鸡翅这么香？”奶奶回答：“因为黄酒除去了鸡翅的.血腥味，所以会这么香。”奶奶看见背面快熟了，用筷子把鸡翅翻了一个面，又过了五分钟，香香脆脆的鸡翅终于出锅了。奶奶用筷子一个一个地把鸡翅夹了出来，放到了桌子上。
我愉快地跑到了桌子旁，拿起一个鸡翅，大口大口地吃了起来。啊，鸡翅真香啊！香香脆脆的外皮，嫩嫩的肉，真好吃。我爱香喷喷的鸡翅，更爱厨艺高超的奶奶。

Every year, with the coming of spring, the weather will get warmer. And we usually have a spring outing at this time of the year.
Because of the warm and pleasant days, many people would like to go for an outing. I still remember one of my spring outings, for it was a very interesting experience. It was a bright and cheerful morning. I made a decision to visit a famous mountain near our campus. I went along with some of my schoolmates. We were singing and laughing all the way. There was a large piece of green grass land at the mountain foot. When we were climbing, we could see many beautiful flowers on the mountainside. The mountain was very high ,but we reached its top at last. There, we visited a temple and had a talk with a monk. He told us something about the history of the temple and we got to know about Sakyamuni, the founder of Buddhism. From the mountain top, we could get a birds-eye view of our campus. It seemed very small.
When it was getting dark we returned. Although we were very tired at night, we were too excited to go to sleep.

今天下午，我放学回家后，妈妈说：“俊伟，今天晚上，给你炸鸡腿。”我听后，高兴得跳了起来。
妈妈先把鸡腿洗干净，然后打开电磁炉，给锅里面倒了些油。油经加热，里面泛起无数的小泡泡，不一会儿，锅里冒起了青烟，油变成了金黄金黄的。妈妈赶紧把鸡腿放进去，锅里顿时“噼噼啪啪”地响了起来，就像放鞭炮一样。等到鸡腿被炸得黄亮黄亮的时候，妈妈又用筷子把它翻了个身继续炸。满厨房里散发着诱人的鸡香味。
几分钟后，鸡腿炸熟了。妈妈把它放进盘子里，拿过麻油瓶，揭开盖子，在盘子上方上下拌动几下，红色的麻油便流了出来，滴在鸡腿上，颜色好极了。一定非常好吃，我的口水都快要流下来了。
妈妈把盘子放在饭桌上，她优雅地说：“俊伟，吃饭了。”我像个风狂的野马似的跑到跟前，飞速地拿了双筷子，夹了一个就往嘴里送。妈妈说：“慢点吃。”我在五分钟之内就把一个鸡腿吃得光光的。
吃完后，妈妈问我：“香不香？”我说：“香得不得了。”直到现在那种香香的味道仍旧令我回味无穷。
