我们家的玻璃柜里收藏着许多工艺品，其中就有马，旁边还有一些可爱的小工艺品，可是我惟独就喜欢马，因为它焕发着一种胜利的光辉。看那匹马，长20厘米，高15厘米，是用陶瓷做成的，它身强体壮，四肢矫健。马的头朝上，像是在对天长啸。马的颜色是褐色的，更能表现出马的威猛之风。
马的一双腿在前，腾空跃起，一双腿在后，紧紧扎在地面，正在雄健地奔跑。马的眼睛非常有神地盯着远方，好像在盯着自己向往的大草原，努力地朝目标奔跑，它颈部的鬓毛被风吹起，经过长途的跋涉，最后找到属于自己的世外桃源，在那里幸福地居住下来。马也是一种有竞争性的动物，在每届草原运动会上，骏马都奋力争先，即使摔倒在跑道上，马失前蹄，也在所不惜，所以马无论是在短跑或长跑方面都比其他动物优秀。

我们大家在学英语的同时。好像忘记了我们的母语。我们这中华民族五千年的悠久历史，老祖宗传下来的文化，魅力好像还抵不过一个“洋鬼子”说的“鬼话”是的，英语的确是国际通用语言。可是这就是我们要冷落我们伟大的母语的'原因吗？这原因是在不值一提。中文，是世界上能最清楚表达事物的语言，只改变语调，就能变换语义。中国的语言文字叫“汉字”，而英美的语言文字叫“单词”。
这就明显能体现出汉语的意思准确、精练。我本人是回族，但我并不讨厌“汉”语、“汉”话。相反，我却十分崇敬华夏文化，因为我是中国人。
但看现在世态，我们好像不该在打着中华民族的旗子，说我们是龙的传人了。外语肆意横行，把我们老祖宗留给我们的东西，推进了印度洋深处，实在可怕。我最后竭力大喊一句：“我们是中国人！！！”
