雾霾也影响着我们的心情，开车时一定要注意前方的安全，不要疲倦驾驶因为雾霾也会让人们感到疲倦。如果遇到不好的事情，要控制好自己的心情，不要暴躁，要心平气和的去解决。——题记
那天早晨我一觉醒来，我起来就穿好了衣服，去厕所里上厕所，出来之后我看了看外面，惊呆了，外面是一片迷茫，看不见任何东西，这是我见过的有生以来最大的雾霾天气了。
我一直观赏着外面，就想看雪一样。
雾霾天气不仅影响市民出行，据悉，雾霾对市民的健康也有所影响，那么，雾霾天气下会对我们带来什么危害?改如何预防?
据悉，大雾天气，空气流通性差，空气质量也较差，大雾中的有害物质会引发哮喘、气管炎、咽喉炎和一些过敏性疾病，并对健康人群造成相对轻微的气道损伤，出现咳嗽痰多、咽喉疼痛等症状。
当雾霾天气来到时，应当做到以下几点：别进行剧烈活动。长跑、踢球等剧烈运动时肺活量增加，会导致人吸入更多的污染物。
出门戴上口罩能阻挡部分污染物。
别把窗子关得太严。家里会有厨房油烟污染、家具添加剂污染等，如不通风换气，污浊的室内空气同样会危害健康。可以选择中午阳光较充足、污染物较少的时候短时间开窗换气。
老人、孩子、孕妇、心脏病人、有呼吸系统疾病等对污染比较敏感的人群，阴霾天最好减少外出活动。
最好多吃水果和清肺的猪肝、猪血、绿豆汤、红豆粥、莲子心汤等，以防雾霾天气对自身呼吸道产生的影响。
雾霾天气跟我们的环境也有关系。我们要好好保护环境。远离雾霾。
