我把鸡蛋往桌脚一磕,顺着裂缝一掰,鸡蛋便从手指上滑到碗里。然后,我用筷子使劲搅,蛋清和蛋黄搅到一起了。
搅完鸡蛋,我开始砌西红柿,我先把西红柿放在毡板上,双手握菜刀高高举起,对准西红柿脑门一挥,谁知西红柿像个顽皮的孩子,滚到了一边,害的我差点把自己的手切了,我气急败坏,按住西红柿,拿起菜刀一顿砍,西红柿被我砍成一小块一小块的,如同一个个红衣仙女。
开始炒鸡蛋了,我先将油倒入锅中,等到油冒出青烟时,再把鸡蛋液倒进锅中,“滋啦”一声,吓得我往后退了几步,等到油不溅了,我往前走了几步,发现鸡蛋已经凝固了,好像一个小太阳,然后我把“太阳”分开了,我将西红柿放进去一块炒,炒的时候,我发现西红柿膨胀起来了,像一团团肉球。
炒好后,我把西红柿炒鸡蛋装盘,浓浓的香味引来了全家人,他们“狼吞虎咽”,一盘“美食"便被吃完了。吃完后,奶奶说:“烧的太好吃了”。听了奶奶的夸奖,我的心里比吃了蜜还甜。
今天,老师让我们回家做西红柿炒鸡蛋。这下,我可犯难了,我除了会煮面条其它都不会呀,怎么办呢?
回到家,我对妈妈说:“妈妈,老师让我们做西红柿炒鸡蛋,可是 我不会呀。”妈妈耐心地说:“这点小事难不到你。”我说“那好吧!”
到了晚上,我走进厨 房,戴上围裙,把手洗干净,就正式开始了。在妈妈指导下我先把西红柿洗干净,放在案板上切成小块,然后,妈妈帮我搅拌鸡蛋均匀后,妈妈说“准备工作就绪,现在可以炒菜了,妈妈让我把炒菜锅放在燃气灶上,点着火,把锅里放点油,油微微冒着青烟时,把打好的鸡蛋液倒进锅里,顿时发出“滋滋”声,我被吓跑出厨房,接着我小心翼翼地来到厨房,接着开始轻轻翻炒,屋子弥漫着浓浓的炒蛋香,待鸡蛋炒好后,铲进盘子里,再次往锅里倒点油,加点盐,继续翻炒,大约五六分钟,西红柿炒出好多红红的汤汁,妈妈说:“把炒好鸡蛋倒进去吧,马上可以出锅了。”我忙把盘子里好的鸡蛋倒进锅里,搅拌在一起,拿起盘子就往外盛。我小心翼翼地把这一盘菜端上餐桌。妈妈拿起筷子尝了一口,笑着说:“这是我吃到的最好吃的菜了。”我顿时觉得,我无比自豪。
原来,学做西红柿炒鸡蛋这么简单呀,我下次还要多多实践,多多努力,争取做更多菜长大做一名厨师。
星期天中午,我想让妈妈教我做西红柿炒鸡蛋。妈妈笑着答应了。
妈妈先教我打鸡蛋,妈妈说:“把鸡蛋往灶台棱上一磕,用碗接着,用手一掰,鸡蛋黄和清就能淌到碗里了。”妈妈边说边做示范,我学妈妈的样子,果然顺利地把鸡蛋打到碗里了。妈妈又让我用筷子搅拌鸡蛋,再撒上葱花和盐,放在一边妈妈又指导我洗西红柿,洗好后,又切成桔瓣形小块。
准备工作就绪,师傅便退到幕后指挥,由徒弟自己上台演练。我先把锅洗净再用抹布擦干,点着了火,放上了油。油热了以后,我把搅好的鸡蛋倒入锅里,只听“刺啦”一声,油花四溅,幸亏有油烟机把油烟吸走了。我用铲子翻炒了几下就盛了出来。妈妈让我重新放油,油热了放西红柿,我把西红柿翻炒了几下,撒了一点盐,再把鸡蛋倒入锅里,翻炒几下,一盘香喷喷的西红柿炒鸡蛋就出锅了。
我让妈妈尝了一口,妈妈连声说:“好香,好香。”妈妈夸我长大了。
