星期天中午，我想让妈妈教我做西红柿炒鸡蛋。妈妈笑着答应了。
妈妈先教我打鸡蛋，妈妈说：“把鸡蛋往灶台棱上一磕，用碗接着，用手一掰，鸡蛋黄和清就能淌到碗里了。”妈妈边说边做示范，我学妈妈的样子，果然顺利地把鸡蛋打到碗里了。妈妈又让我用筷子搅拌鸡蛋，再撒上葱花和盐，放在一边妈妈又指导我洗西红柿，洗好后，又切成桔瓣形小块。
准备工作就绪，师傅便退到幕后指挥，由徒弟自己上台演练。我先把锅洗净再用抹布擦干，点着了火，放上了油。油热了以后，我把搅好的鸡蛋倒入锅里，只听“刺啦”一声，油花四溅，幸亏有油烟机把油烟吸走了。我用铲子翻炒了几下就盛了出来。妈妈让我重新放油，油热了放西红柿，我把西红柿翻炒了几下，撒了一点盐，再把鸡蛋倒入锅里，翻炒几下，一盘香喷喷的西红柿炒鸡蛋就出锅了。
我让妈妈尝了一口，妈妈连声说：“好香，好香。”妈妈夸我长大了。

西红柿炒鸡蛋人人会做，但是要做的好吃，难。主要是由几个误区，等会我会详细说。
材料：西红柿，鸡蛋
配料：植物油，盐。注意，西红柿炒鸡蛋不用放鸡精或者味精，因为西红柿炒鸡蛋是吃一个“鲜”字，而西红柿炒鸡蛋的时候就有形成鲜味的物质析出，不需要再放提鲜的味精或者鸡精。这也是做这道菜的时候不放葱姜蒜的原因。
制作方法：
1.西红柿切成块，要大小不一，什么形状无所谓，鸡蛋打开放入碗中，打匀，放入少许的盐。
2.锅内放入适量(炒鸡蛋的时候，油放多少很关键，我的是放相当于鸡蛋液的2/3的油，等油热了的时候，(我后面详细讲如何判断油的温度，倒入鸡蛋液，注意这个时候，鸡蛋液会自然的凝固，不要动，等到这个鸡蛋液都凝固的时候(要小心油干了，造成鸡蛋糊了，用饭铲(也叫炒勺从鸡蛋的边缘轻轻进入，将鸡蛋翻过来，煎一下，等两面的颜色都呈现金黄的颜色时候，把鸡蛋从锅里取出来(也可以不取，不过等熟练以后再说吧，这个时候锅里面应该还有一些油，把西红柿翻进去，翻炒几下，由于西红柿里面含有大量的'水分，会有水份析出，这个时候把炒好的鸡蛋放进去，放入少许盐，翻炒几下，出锅。PS：有人喜欢做的时候，放一些水进去，本人不推荐，其实西红柿里的水份完全够用了，不用放水。还有，现在的西红柿质量不好，炒出来的菜不甜还有些苦味，出锅的时候可以适量放一些白糖。

老师布置一项作业---做一次西红柿炒鸡蛋。中午，奶奶给我两个鸡蛋和一个西红柿就跑去干别的事了。
我把鸡蛋往桌脚一磕，顺着裂缝一掰，鸡蛋便从手指上滑到碗里。然后，我用筷子使劲搅，蛋清和蛋黄搅到一起了。
搅完鸡蛋，我开始砌西红柿，我先把西红柿放在毡板上，双手握菜刀高高举起，对准西红柿脑门一挥，谁知西红柿像个顽皮的孩子，滚到了一边，害的我差点把自己的手切了，我气急败坏，按住西红柿，拿起菜刀一顿砍，西红柿被我砍成一小块一小块的，如同一个个红衣仙女。
开始炒鸡蛋了，我先将油倒入锅中，等到油冒出青烟时，再把鸡蛋液倒进锅中，“滋啦”一声，吓得我往后退了几步，等到油不溅了，我往前走了几步，发现鸡蛋已经凝固了，好像一个小太阳，然后我把“太阳”分开了，我将西红柿放进去一块炒，炒的时候，我发现西红柿膨胀起来了，像一团团肉球。
