Some reasons arouse in this event.First, schools should try to avoid things like this, if the students are injured or dead, the schools have responsibility to them; second, families, especially parents should educate their children well, give them a good guide and take care of them; third, the society should control violent events. If the above three try their best and pay enough attention to them, things like this should be avoided.

It is shocking to notice that extreme violence has occurred with frequency on campus in recent years, home and abroad.

In November this year, a college student from a prestigious university stabbed to death a professor who was preparing for his teaching. In the US a deadly shooting by a Korean American college student resulted in 33 classmates’ death. These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.

Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.

《今天发生的事——学校里的一件“惨案”》今天，在学校里，发生了一件事，相信大家看了副标题之后一件猜测出来了吧！的确是一件惨案。今天的下午，我们的老师把第一节课上完了之后，“叮铃铃”“叮铃铃”，有是我们盼望的下课铃声，下课了，有一些女生去楼上办公室交作业，回来的时候，看见我们的隔壁班——预备《4》班，有一个同学的头部受伤了，严重出血，便就赶快回到班级里面说她们看见的事情，于是，我们全班的人都轰动了，都跑过去看热闹，我也不例外，我跑到那儿，可是，那个学生已经被送到医务室去了。听那个班的`同学说头上流了很多的血，我们都在问是为什么会成这样，后来，得知是因为他和另一个同学追逐打闹，正好不小心撞到了墙上。后来，我和几个同学去了医务室，一路上，我们看见地上滴了一路的血，真是恐怖啊！我们终于来到医务室，我们走了进去，我突然看到了一个头上鲜血淋淋的学生，我被吓了一跳，真的是流了很多的血啊！如果说我以前是知道“鲜血淋淋”这个词的意思的话，知道这个词，那么，现在我才是真正认识到了“鲜血淋淋”，他头上的血一张流到衣服上，这件事情就得使我们注意了，在任何地方都不能打打闹闹的，这要子很有危险，我们不能以危险出事之后用这中方法使别人来“关注”你。这样子，出事了以后，父母和学校还要担心，还要送去医院，耽误了学习有委屈了自己，何尝要这要子做那些有危险的事情呢？

我在晚上习惯去夜跑，大概9点的样子。我们小区旁有一家电器厂，每到9点，就会有一大群骑着电动车的人拥出来，让冷清的街头一下子热闹起来。

有些人蹲在路口，手中拿着手机，用我听不懂的方言对那头说着什么，那些一闪而过的、平凡的面孔上都带着幸福和期盼的笑容，大概是在等着妻子或丈夫下班。有些人已经骑着电动车和妻子一同在回家的路上，坐在后座的\'人双手搂着前人的腰，搂得紧紧的。

还有人在路口眼巴巴地抽着烟，大概还在等人。

在苏州这个快速发展的城市中，有那么一群人，工作状态是996，甚至997，拿着微薄的工资，吃着食堂劣质的饭菜，受人排挤，但他们却有着所有百姓一生去追求的东西——幸福。

他们或坐在石墩上，或站在马路边，或躺在电动车上，翘着二郎腿，低着头颅，微闭着眼睛，对着手机说着东北话，河南话，山东话，对着另一头亲切地问着一些无比平常的话，即使浑身透露着疲惫，以至于连腰也直不起来，却努力把声音变得轻松，话变得平淡，让压力不至于散入语言，在这一刻，变得平凡，不再伟大，但十分温暖与可爱。

他们操着一口方言，在城市各个建设的中心聚集，即使一天的活再累，听到话筒那头传来的家乡话，也不由笑起来。即使各地方言各有特色，有些则比较粗犷，有些则比较温婉，但却没有区别，这是每条小船的缆绳，把他们和家系在了一起。虽然微小，但却是一生都无法也不能割断的，否则都会迷失在异乡的人山人海和各种没有亲切感的语言中。

方言不仅让他们有回忆家乡的依凭，还让他们有了支撑下去的动力源。他们的普通话可能不好，但相比与正儿八经的白领，他们的语言让他们的工作有了盼望，有了目标，那是对配偶、子女、父母，一整个家的支持，一年只回一趟家的工人，方言成了他们连接家乡血脉的纽带，对那崇山峻岭的大声呼唤，对那潺潺溪流的轻声细语，对那栋房屋的亲切问候，对家人一个温暖的拥抱……这些，是在发达的城市也不能给予一个游子的。

方言，是一座桥，一个在脑中展开、建立的家乡。正是这朴素的、外人难以听懂的一笔一画，一平一仄，成为了每一个异乡漂泊者的精神支柱。
