有这样一群人，我们不知道他们的名字，看不清他们防护服后可爱的面容，他们不计生死，不计报酬，自愿请缨奔赴前线，与病毒面对面交手;有这样一群人，他们身穿军服，帽上别着一颗五角星，喊着"召必至，战必胜"的口号，驰援一线维护了秩序与法律;还有这样一群人，他们早早复工，或在防护用品生产线上加班加点的工作，一天生产口罩总量近亿，或在一条条公路上来回奔波，送去了物资与关爱。
是他们冒着被感染的风险，与病毒做斗争，才换来了我们安全在家。他们这样做到底是为了什么，一份金钱，又或一份功名?都不是，他们这么做是因为一份责任。当灾难汹汹来袭，他人都惊慌逃窜时，是他们，响应了国家号召，担当起了这份责任，背负起了与灾难作斗争的重任，担当起了为国分忧的使命。
总有一天，我们也将从一棵树苗长成一棵参天大树，也将成为国之栋梁。经历了这场疫情，我们更应该理解家国不易，任重道远。我们应该培养一份责任感与使命感，心怀家国，将国家放在第一位。我们应该更认真学习理论知识，开展社会实践，以执着的信念，优良的品德，丰富的知识，过硬的本领，担负起历史的重任，做民族的脊梁。
我向祖国承诺，我必时刻准备着为国分忧。

I finished reading the little peas in the window, and I felt a great deal about it. He was a bad boy in the eyes of most parents and teachers. It seemed like an incredible thing to do in the tram, but the headmaster did it, and he didnt get impatient when he talked for more than four hours. 面对疫情的时候，他们没有退缩，而是勇敢地冲在疫情一线，让我们看到了什么叫担当，什么是责任，他们是我心目中的抗疫英雄。当然啦，在这场与疫情的较量中，还有其他很多动人的故事，总之，离不开许许多多逆行者默默的付出。这一幕幕感人的画面，令人印象深刻，有句话说得非常好，“哪有什么岁月静好，不过是有人替你负重前行。”，让我们一起传播抗疫精神。
让我看到了，原来每个人虽然是这个社会的沧海一粟，但只要每人贡献出自己一点点的力量，就可以点亮整个社会前行的光。也许黑夜很长，但请相信总会看见曙光。在疫情肆虐的当下，每一个为“疫”而战的人，都值得我们感激并尊敬。每一位逆行在防疫前线的白衣战士都是最可爱的人，是最美的风景，也是防疫最坚实的力量，在这里我想对你们说，谢谢你们!
通过观看《开学第一课》，还让我明白到要更珍惜这来之不易的生活，珍惜时间，特别是作为少年的我们，珍惜自己的青春，努力学习。以抗疫英雄为榜样，学习他们的抗疫精神，迎难而上，坚持到底，向自己的学习目标出发。今年的《开学第一课》，真的让我学到了许多东西，又让自己成长了许多，在新的一学期里，让我们重新出发，努力成为一个优秀的人。

今天是2020年9月1日，是我踏入小学三年级的第一天，晚上8点，我和妈妈准时坐在电视机前一起观看了《开学第一课》，观看之后，我总结了三个重点。
第一是担当。今年过年期间，突如其来的疫情席卷整个中国，全国的`医护工作者逆行而上，奋斗在抗疫斗争的第一线，舍去小家顾大家为人民服务，挽救了无数患者，用生命守护生命，让我深深的感受到这种强烈的责任心和有担当的精神。

第三是科学。从古至今我们通过各种疫情，利用科技研发的各种疫苗，预防了各种疾病，治愈了无数生命，让我发现利用科技可以改变世界。
看了《开学第一课》，我明白了“少年强则中国强”这句话的含义，我今后要努力学习，长大以后才能为祖国发展做出自己应有的贡献。
