我的舅舅，他个人中等，长着一副瓜子脸，一双黝黑发亮的眼睛像黑宝石般闪烁着神采奕奕的光芒。在那尖尖的鼻子下面，有着一张能说会道的嘴巴。
他很喜欢写诗，经常因为写诗而忘记了吃饭。虽然他患有胃病，但是他仍坚持每天写一首诗。若你要让他写诗，对他来说就太简单了。只要他看见一样东西，就能说出一个三字词。他呀，经常传授给我写诗的技巧，我会写诗，也都归功于他呢！他也很谦虚，每次我们说他写得好，他就会说：“哪里那里，我只是瞎写、瞎改而已！怎能说我写得好呢？”
舅舅最擅长的，就是“看山看水写首诗”了。有一次，他和我们到古镇去玩，当我们站在古楼上时，他看见远方的山上很绿，便想到了“山林碧”；当我们走在庭院里时，他看见水池里幽远的\'波纹，就说出了“水幽纹”；当我们坐在吊桥下，溪边饮水的马儿上，准备出正门时，又形象地写“长桥饮马过汉关”。真了不起呀！
有一次，我们去成都，他诗兴大发，很快就改写了一首名为“秋日成都”的诗，内容是：秋日成都金灿灿，一望无垠天地宽。但使龙城飞将在，长桥新成走马还。
舅舅也很执着。有一次，我到他家去玩，他为了给我提供三字词，便把他收集的所有词都给存到U盘里去，这时他捂着肚子，咬着牙关，好像很痛的样子。我问他：“没什么。”舅舅说完，便继续存。“胃疼就休息吧。”我说。他却回答到：\"没噻，弄好了在休息。“
他又很守信。有一次，我们出去玩。舅舅看着一路上飞泻的溪流、笔直的松树、高耸的宝塔，便又想到了一首诗。正当舅舅准备记在本子上时，才发现本子忘带了。我看他那焦急的神情，不由心生疑惑：咦？舅舅这是怎么了？是不是又胃疼了？于是，我问他：”有什么事情吗？怎么愁眉苦脸的呢？“”哦，没事，只是忘带本子了。“他说。我又说：“就几个三字词嘛！不写下来也没事。”“不行，说好了要给你记的。”于是他便把诗写在手上带了回去。
人生是一扇门，而良好的品格是一把钥匙，让我们像舅舅一样用好的品格去打开人生的大门吧！
