我的爸爸力气似乎永远也用不完，每次家里买了米、面等重的东西。还有家里的煤球用完后，下楼搬运的总是爸爸，他一口气可以从一楼把东西运到我家——整整有六层楼！有一次我家的楼顶漏水了，由于我家在顶楼，所以水全到了人我家。过了几天，天放晴后，爸爸买来了一袋水泥，一百多斤，爸爸一口气给搬了上来，又借来了电钻，把楼顶上的.一层水泥给打掉了，又用沥青粘了一层，最后又用水泥把那一个大洞给补平了，如同没有被损坏过一样，爸爸忙活了一整天，他看着他的劳动成果，脸上挂上了满意的微笑。
我的爸爸不但有力气，也十分的聪明、灵巧，每次我们家有什么东西坏了，爸爸就会拿出工具，不一会就可以把它给修好。爸爸的数学也出奇的好，妈妈虽然是一位数学老师，但有的难题也不会做，这时她就会去请教爸爸，难题在爸爸手里不一会就被做了出来。我在学习上遇到了“拦路虎”也去请教爸爸，爸爸不但帮我做出来，还会一点点地把道理讲给我听，使我明白是什么道理，让我下次遇到了就会自己做了并且不会做错。
我的爸爸还是一个孝顺的好儿子，爷爷每一次生病，无论爸爸总是最着急的。爷爷一次因为小肠气要动手术，爸爸整天急得来回奔波于医院和家之间，为我做饭，还要给住在医院里的爷爷带去饭食，每天晚上在医院里为爷爷守夜，直到爷爷康复出院。
我的爸爸虽然不是什么英雄、科学家，只是一位平凡的中学教师，但他爱家，他爱家的精神是我最敬佩的！
