时间流逝，匆匆又开学。
九月初的天气渐生秋的凉意，校园中一排排柳树青翠依然，同学们一张张面孔熟悉依然。两个月的暑假生活结束了，新的挑战来了!
这个暑假，我报了课后网和一个体育训练班。我觉得课后网对我没什么明显的\'帮助，所以在听课时，虽是装模作样地坐在电脑前，其实偷懒倒不少。现在想想，很是后悔。已经是九年级的学生了，我荒废的今日，正是昨日殒身之人祈求的明日。想到那些被我浪费掉的时间，觉得自己好可恶。暑假中的我丝毫意识不到升学的严峻，导致现在的遗憾与后悔，真是罪过。
上体育班很辛苦，每天训练强度很大，但我坚持下来了。我每天五点半起床，认真训练，即使汗流浃背，把衣服浸湿;即使教练说我基础差，技巧与方法掌握得不好;即使跑步过后头晕恶心，拉伸肌肉时掉下眼泪……我不知道通过训练可以提高多少分，但就算只提高一分，我也要坚持下来。因为我的努力有了收获，我的意志得到了磨砺。我始终坚信，成功来自彻底的自我管理和毅力，坚持就是胜利。我，坚持下来了!
我升入了九年级，校园里又迎来了七年级的新生。他们身穿军训的迷彩服，个个英姿飒爽、充满活力，阳光下的他们和路边垂下的柳叶枝条同一颜色。
两年前，我也和他们一样啊!怀着憧憬与新奇，带着迷惘与懵懂，来到了这里。今天，我已经成为九年级的学生了，不能再逃避，不能再迷惘，我必须努力!
含泪播种的人一定能含笑收获。学习这件事，不是缺乏时间，而是缺乏努力，谁也不会随随便便收获。尽管会遇到挫折与失败，但只要努力勤奋，就会攻克一个个难关，以后的路会越走越远，越走越宽。
时间一去不复返，今天原地踏步，明天就要努力奔跑。学习的苦痛是暂时的，不学无术、一事无成的苦痛是终生的。我给自己制定了新的学习目标和计划，我会按计划进行，朝着目标奔跑，市高中，等着我。

昨天我看完了既感动又激情的开学第一课，里面的课非常的有趣，让我时而伤心，时而快乐，这次《开学第一课》的国旗故事，格外感人。感触最深的便是要时刻铭记他们的付出，学会感恩，并懂得奉献。
其中开学第一课主要讲了五星红旗的故事，从江姐，95岁的郭奶奶，到13岁的小学生获得30秒交互绳世界冠军等等，从1949年10月1日至今，时间已经过去70年了，这70年的时间，我们祖国的一切都发生了巨大的变化，我为祖国的变化而自豪。
当年龄70岁的夏爷爷给我们讲述他攀登珠穆朗玛峰的故事时，我被深深地震撼到，他永不放弃的精神鼓舞着我们这一代人。夏爷爷心里有一个很大的梦想就是战胜珠穆朗玛峰，这个数字说起来也是非常吓人的，珠穆朗玛峰高8848米，全世界最高的.一座雪山，夏伯伯在双腿截肢的情况下，依然没有放弃自己心中伟大的目标，梦想早已在他心中生根发芽，绝不会因任何困难变故而熄灭，他换上了机械腿，第二次，第三次，挑战这座雪山，在第四次距离顶峰还有94米时，因为刮起了高空风，为了同伴他不得不做出艰难的选择，他们又撤退下去了，直到2018年，苦心人天不负，上苍终于被他的执着和诚心感动了，他成为中国第一个依靠双腿假肢登上珠峰的人，他终于战胜了这座8848米最高的雪山。
夏爷爷年龄那么大了还不放弃自己的梦想，他的事迹让我感动，由此我想到了我自己有时候做事情遇到困难挫折就往后退缩，没有付出太多，这也许就是我不成功的地方，以后我也要为了自己的目标坚持下去，不能遇到一点挫折就放弃。
看了昨天的《开学第一课》，我觉得作为祖国的下一代，我们既要有一颗感恩的心，又要有一颗奉献的心，我们有责任为了祖国的强大，奉献我们自己。
