信仰的极致，是一种心无旁骛的心灵极简。虔诚的体现，不会有太多花哨的繁复。往往感人至深的，是纯朴而持久的坚持。亦如我们会被匍匐前行风餐露宿，风雨无阻的朝圣人群所感动一般。
三步一叩首的前行，身与心的合一，路在脚下。如此的坚持，如此的锲而不舍，如此无所畏惧……
然而，他们的内心却少有狂妄的期许和不安于世俗的过分追逐。路在远方，路亦在脚下。无论我们前行的目地的在哪里，也无论前方的路途有多么的遥不可及。信仰的坚定，会让我们忘却太多的设计与筹划。只是，路在脚下，如此便去前行。
不开始，便永远无法到达。开始，即忘记路途遥远，只是用简单的身心合一，去缩减与目的地的差距。风尘仆仆之中，我们或许窥见了生命的意义所在，不为此生，却为来世。
真正的庄严，不在于过度的粉饰。在朝圣者的面庞前，或许更多是满身泥泞或蓬头垢面。但是那一双双坚毅而炯炯有神的眸子中，让人莫名的感动和心生敬畏。
信仰的力量，最大化会体现在无私无我之中。虔诚之心与我们最大的触动，也是那不为你我，却为众生的离苦得乐而不辞劳苦的前行之躯。
很多时候，我们向往一种宁静，向往一种纯粹，向往一种莫名的感动。往往寻找之时，却无最好与最真的契合。然而，当五体投地，叩首前行的画面，呈现在我们眼前时，莫名的感动，不由的叩启我们内心中，封藏已久的触动与共鸣。这就是内心纯善的契合。
每一步，每一叩首，每一句诵经，只为众生的祈愿与安康。所以，我们被震撼，这是一份人人心中本该有的最本真的愿望。然而很多时候，我们却被过度的心与心外的装饰所迷惑，乱了自我，也乱了内心。
每个生命的起初，都有最纯粹与极致的信仰与虔诚底蕴。那份极简的纯粹，就是褪去自我厚重束缚之后的无私无我。所以，在眼观纯朴信仰与不褪色虔诚的情景时，我们的感动也是最纯粹的纯善复苏，那是一种既熟悉又陌生的内心撞击。
其实，修行路上，没有太多的信誓旦旦。如果总是口号大于行动，那么，路，永远在远方。但是，回想那三步一叩首，只为众生的祈愿与祝福而前行时，纯朴的形象却波及着我们寻觅已久，却又似曾相识的内心共鸣。
当我们把信仰落实于当下时，人人心中的至真虔诚，都会自然而然的让我们的身与心合一。那一份感动与纯粹属于我们每一个大家，只要让路在脚下，立即前行，最终的殊胜，是人人心中有圣地。然而，那却是不为你我，是为众生的无私与大爱！

每年放假，总想着利用这宝贵的时间学一些知识，充实自己的大脑，以期来年的工作能够顺利开展。但是千挑万选的书拿到手中后翻不了几页，高精尖的教育理论总是让我将之束之高阁。而今年，翻开管建刚老师的《一线带班》，却让我欲罢不能，三天读完一本书，并且随时翻阅，记录好的方法，不知不觉，笔记也记了厚厚一本。
《一线带班》名副其实，是一线班主任的实际操作法宝，既介绍了一名班主任如何带好一个班集体，还介绍了如何带好自己所教的课，让学生考出好成绩，让家长放心满意。文字普通，内容朴实，所有记录的事情就是班主任日常做的，却让人读后茅塞顿开，获益匪浅。
总结起来我的收获有三点：
一、将班主任的分内之事做到极致
书中介绍的新学期抓开头，与学生相处抓家长，抓令老师头疼的作业，以及抓好常态课，期末复习等，无一不是老师们整天在做的事情，事情不新奇，但是做事情的态度，方法却很值得学习。每学期开学班主任总要制定班规，制定学期计划，讨论小组积分细则，然后上墙；统计学生基本信息，输入手机，电脑；向前任老师了解学生的基本情况，做到心中有数。但是制度上墙后，却没有认真想方设法的去让孩子们开心的执行，他就成了一个硬邦邦的制度；了解学生信息，将家长联系方式存入手机后，相当一部分同学的家长从没有跟他们联系过一次；向前任老师了解学生情况也仅仅停留在选班干部，留意学困生，关注家庭有问题的学生的层面上，从没有将任何一件事情细致的从了解，到制定解决方案，再到执行方案，最后总结去对待过！班主任工作是琐碎的，能将每一件琐碎的事情都当做大事认真的去解决，这种处事风格让我望尘莫及，需要终生学习！
二、花样要有，常态才是根本
当认识到传统课堂的弊端后，几乎所有的地方都在实施课改，前几年的理念几乎相近，让课堂活起来，让学生动起来。为了上好一节公开课，老师们可以说是绞尽脑汁设置课堂活动，孩子们也是蹦跳着配合演戏。管老师认为这场四十分钟的恋爱可以谈，但千万不可以每天谈，常态课才是根本，人人都唾弃应试教育，厌恶分数，可是教育离开了分数，也是没办法生存下去的，所以管老师认为看重分数没有错，关键是如何有效的提高孩子们的分数，上好常态课就至关重要。
管老师从细致的研究教参，了解每一节课的\'纲领，到如何研究考题，再到如何筹建题库，最后如何复习进行了全方位的方法介绍，有很强的实际操作性，给不知如何提高学生成绩，不知如何与家长沟通，不知如何上好常态课的老师指明了方法。读到学期开学初研究三年统考卷然后请教研员来指导，以便了解出题人的思路时，我不禁一笑，管老师就像我们中的一员，而不是高高在上，只管指挥的专家。
三、抓住学生特点，制定解决方法，一解到底
无论是假期班主任培训里吴小霞老师的男神女神成长记，还是管建刚老师的学霸训练营，他们都是针对学生出现的问题想方设法的解决，并且不停止于一次的解决，而是利用变化多端的形式让孩子不但成功解决问题，心灵还得到启迪和成长，这是他们真正厉害的地方。文字表达出来的方法让我们惊叹，背后付出的努力可想而知。如果说班主任工作似一名雕塑师，我们只是将泥塑造成人，而他们不但将泥塑造成人，更是为他们插上了梦想的翅膀，让孩子们飞得更高，看的更远！

Firstly, the price of the bus has been cut down, which is very important, I think. Encouraging people to take bus can solve the biggest problem--too much people.
Another way is to develop the bike rental. As we know, car is much bigger than the bike obviously. Driving a car takes up much more place than cycling. So, developing the bike rental is an absolutely correct way to prove traffic circumstances.
