我的偶像有着微秃的斑白头发，在一张没有明星架势的脸庞上，多了张笑口常开的嘴。虽然已年过四十，却仍像个年轻小伙子，有着满怀梦想，前进的脚踏板，编织着骑车环岛的美梦。抱持着热情，他前往企管学院，在完全陌生的领域中，重温当学生的旧梦。我的偶像，就是父亲。
父亲身为外科医师，只要医院的一通电话，说明病人有何三长两短，即使是在夜深人静的凌晨，爸爸依然会开着车，前往医院，解除病人的疑难杂症。我常戏称，爸爸一定是“水牛协会”的代表，水牛总是那般任劳任怨。而父亲这头水牛，一年三百六十五天，真正可以休息的日子曲指可数，但他乐于自己的工作，专心投入，为病人默默付出光与热。在酷热的暑假，一群卖力的渔工工作于渔港。在没有空洞的小房间内，多了一个正在替渔工诊治的医生，父亲接下了这一份大伙眼中的苦差事。此时的父亲是一道暖阳，照亮了没有亲属的渔工心房，带给他们温暖与希望。我的偶像——父亲，他敬业的态度让我钦佩。
我承认有个热爱单车的疯狂老爸，不论是在平原的田间小路，或是上山时那陡峭，蜿蜒的山路，还是车水马龙的主要干道，都留有我们踩着踏板，努力向前的痕迹。在汗水挥洒中，爸爸谱出了一首首单车“练习曲”，并有着雄心壮志，要参加铁人三项。下班后，常看到爸爸独自在车库内把单车搬上搬下，并计划着下次骑车的路线。教过爸爸高尔夫球教练曾说爸爸有股学习的傻劲!我想也是因为这股傻劲，才会让我们跟随着父亲，为生命写下一页页辉煌的战绩!对于怀抱梦想且勇于自我挑战的爸爸，我满怀的敬佩。
