I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays this year. I liked green plants, clear rivers and lovely amimals there.I breathed the fresh air on the mountain and sometimes I went swimming in the river. I kept a diary every day.

8月8日星期二天气晴
天已微明，我静静的躺在床上，等着妈妈叫我起床。过了好一会，妈妈终于来叫我了，我迅速下床，穿好衣服，开始读英语书。读完我就吃早饭和刷牙洗脸，这些都搞定之后，我一看时间——呀！八点四十了！今天虽然是双休日，但我还要帮老师出黑板报呢！
我跟老爸道别，穿好鞋子，风风火火地冲向“师大实验中学”，找到“六3班”，一看冯欣悦早已等候多时。“老师呢？”我问，“去拿花草了。”
等了一小会，老师来了，我们整装待发，在老师的指挥下开始工作了。
话说我在换一桶水的时候正巧碰到朱心怡，她也来帮忙，这下能轻松许多了。我们一起开始抄起粉笔画黑板报。只见我们左边画一个气球，右边涂彩带的颜色，下面画一条树枝，上面描几条花边……忙得不可开交。但让人晕菜的是，老师发现我们标题写错了！
只能刷刷把画好的全部擦光，重新来过，真是竹篮子打水一场空啊！在老师买的黑板报的范例下，我们寻寻觅觅，终于找到了合适的格式，第二轮的工作展开了。灯笼可难画了，只见黑板上一个个“肉馒头”或者“小香肠”被擦掉，还是我画的最标准！写字的任务交给朱心怡，画房子交给冯欣悦，而我呢？只能跑腿！
需要尺子，还是我费了千心万苦找到图书馆老师借的；需要擦黑板洗抹布的水，也是我换的；别说前面的，连粉笔都要我抵！正当我在找事情做的时候，黑板报已经完成一大半了，我就主动上前，开始修饰那些字和花边……后来，杨梅阿姨来找我吃饭，我就结束了工作……
