看到这条短信，我猛地一拍脑袋，这才想起今天是单周周一，轮到我们组做值日。可作为值日组长的我却把这件事忘得一千二净，并率先走人了。如果其他组员也像我一样把这事抛到了九霄云外，或是因无人监管敷衍了事，那明天一早全班同学就要在乱哄哄的`环境里进行早读了。
我不由得皱起了眉头，已经这么晚了，再赶回学校，召集组员做值日显然不现实。老师当初任命我做小组长，就是因为信任我，相信我能认真负责地带领组员做好值日，可现在我却想到这里，我羞愧难当。妈妈望了望我，说：“怎么办？”我咬了咬牙，说：“我知道该怎么做了。”
第二天，我特地起了个大早，比平时早了一个小时赶到教室。果不其然，昨天我走后，组员们也没有做值日，地上还堆着不少垃圾，桌椅也都歪七扭八地摆着。我赶紧拿起扫帚把地面清扫干净，接着马不停蹄地拿起抹布把桌子、讲台、黑板都擦了一遍，再把桌椅排列整齐。看着眼前干净的地面、整齐的桌椅、一尘不染的黑板我稍稍松了口气，这才发现自己早已汗流浃背。
“以诺，你怎么这么早就来了？”不知何时，顾老师站在了教室门口。
“顾老师，对不起，昨天我忘记做值日这件事了。所以今天早上赶过来补上。”我赶忙解释道。
“我猜你肯定是忘记了，你做事一向认真负责，不会那么不负责任地让教室乱着就一走了之。”顾老师笑眯眯地拍了拍我的肩膀，和颜悦色地夸奖道。
我的脸不由得有些发烫，不知道该说什么才好。我深刻地意识到，今天早上，我补上的不仅仅是一次值日，更是一份责任心、一份老师的信任。
这次补“课”让我受益匪浅。责任心是一种担当、一种约束、一种动力。我们每一个人都应该清醒地意识到自己的责任，并勇敢地扛起它，做到问心无愧。
