运动会有50米短跑、推轮胎、迎面接力、拔河、愚公移山等项目。第一个项目是男子五十米赛跑，我们班参加的同学有：胡文杰、王虎。只见运动员站在各自的起跑线上摩拳擦掌，个个弯着腰，两腿弯曲，弓着身子，两眼注视着前方，紧张的等待裁判发令。所有的观众屏住了呼吸，终于，刷的一声，裁判员挥了一下发令旗，所有的运动员像离弦的箭一样冲了出去，全场顿时沸腾起来，都为自己班的同学加油鼓劲。我们也不例外，扯着嗓子高喊着运动员的名字。不好，王虎起跑慢了一点，虽然他用尽全力猛冲，但还是没能冲上去，得了倒数第二名;但是胡文杰在他们那个组中的.了第一名，真让人高兴。
迎面50米接力这个项目最让我难忘，因为我参加了这个项目，我们班的起头是胡文杰，然后依次是王虎、余存哲等，我在第七棒，前面的同学都接得很好，只是到了朱文娟那里时接棒慢了一点，使我们班落后了。但这并不影响我们，后来的第四棒、第五棒、第六棒，都跑得很快。啊!快轮到我了，我赶紧做好准备，右腿向前弓，左腿向后蹬。为了跑得快一点，我把鞋子都脱了，光着脚板。好，接棒!我拿好棒子，用尽全力往前冲。我当时心中只有一个意念：快!快!一定要跑在前面，决不给我们班丢脸。快到了，下一个同学已经在那儿等着接棒了。给你!下一个同学又像离弦的箭一样往前跑了。结果，我们班第一个完成。可是名次报出来后却是第二名。原来，裁判说我们少了一个人跑，扣了我们分。真冤呀!
下午的压轴项目是拔河，但是，在进行的时候，却出现了意外。八年纪的两个班刚拔起来了几秒钟，绳子就断了;然后又换了一根绳子继续比赛，也是只拔了几秒钟，绳子啪的一声又断了。比赛只好宣布暂停。
接下来是颁奖仪式，齐校长宣布比赛结束。完了后，我们就以班为单位，开始往回走。
这次运动会太有趣了，我们都好开心，这真是一次难忘的运动会啊!

In November this year, a college student from a prestigious university stabbed to death a professor who was preparing for his teaching. In the US a deadly shooting by a Korean American college student resulted in 33 classmates’ death. These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.
Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.

今天上午，我在火炬学校参加了青少年英语比赛，我怀着紧张的心情，走进了考场。
比赛之前，监考老师讲完规则后，每人发了三张试卷，其中一张答题卡，两张题目，铃声一响，比赛正式开始。
环节一：听力和默写。考生们纷纷拿出笔，做好了听写准备，监考老师在上面报单词，每个报两遍，考生在下面默写，过十几秒继续下一个单词。考生们都聚精会神在下面听和写，一个字也不说，安静得连考生的呼吸声都能听见，时间过得很快，不一会儿第一环节结束了。
环节二：笔试。第一题是选则题，我觉得比较简单，紧张的心情稍稍放松了一些。轻松的答题，很快便答完了。第二题是根据已知的问句用英语写答句，我看了很久，有点懵了，因为问句我看都看不懂，又没人问，根本做不出，结束铃声响了，到最后不得已放弃。
我真希望这次比赛能取得好成绩!
