开学前一个月大部分你早上起床后会不叠被子，或者是等到早上九点十点左右再叠。经过老师和同学的提醒后现在会在每天早上打扫卫生的时候把被子叠好。
如果叠被子的时间比较晚可能床铺比较乱，其他同学进入房间时看到床上很乱可能会对她的心情造成影响，自己的床铺不整理干净看着也比较烦躁，这样把床铺整理干净也能够给别人和自己带来更愉悦的心情所以我就养成了每天早上早早收拾床铺的习惯。

学期刚开始的时候由于在家里面锻炼较少，所以身体比较僵硬，各项运动做起来不是那么自如。过了一个周左右这种情况有所缓解，在做每一项运动时都比较积极。
后来早锻炼项目改成了大礼拜。你通常早上起床比较晚，一般是正好卡着锻炼的时间起床的，刚起床就锻炼也不能把全部精力都投入到练功当中去，一般练着练着就困了，效果也不会很好。到现在这个情况还一直存在。即使晚上睡的很早早上起床之后也会很困。但有时候如果早上露营或者做饭不管多晚睡早上你都能起来。这可能是反映了我对大礼拜不是很感兴趣，或者说被自己的惰性所控制 。王老师也跟你们交流过这个，你也认识到了自己有哪些地方需要改进。刚讲完之后你有一些改进，到了后来就又变回原来的样子了。希望你能在剩下的几天认真对待早锻炼。
中午的锻炼项目主要是莲花生动功、抓踝走、小鸟飞、贴墙功。莲花生动功这个学期动作是按照你所了解的标准做的，每个动作都比较认真。学期末的几天王老师给你们播放了视频，纠正了一下动作，并让你们跟着视频学习，下次再锻炼的时候就能够准确的做好动作，能够把这项运动的功效发挥到最大。抓踝走、小鸟飞每天我都会认认真真的做，一般抓踝走会比要求走的数量更多一点；小鸟飞有几次多做了20个，其余时间按照规定数量做了80个。贴墙功从开学到期末没有每天坚持练习，动作也不是很标准，之后要多加练习。
