这是一部专门讲述青少年自我保护问题的影片。片中讲述了很多青少年遭遇火灾、落水、迷路、爱滋病、车祸、绑架等灾难的故事。
下面我就来说一段影片中让我感受最深的故事情节吧！在一辆公交车上，一个学生向其他同学炫耀自己家有多有钱，还大声把自己家的电话号码告诉同学。意想不到的是这些情况都被一个坏人听见了，并暗暗记在了心上。看到这里，我心想肯定大事不妙。果然到了第二天，那个坏人把这位同学给绑架了，并让这位同学的爸爸拿出500万的现金来赎。这位同学的爸爸很着急，赶快准备好钱按照绑票人所说的地址送去。等绑匪露面的时候，多亏早埋伏在此的.警察叔叔一涌而上，把坏人制服，才挽救了这位同学的生命。此时此刻，全场一片沸腾，观众齐声叫好。
其实在生活中也有很多这样的事例，而且事例中的同学也许就没有影片中的这位同学幸运。就像几年前，我市就有一个小学生因为轻信了陌生人的话而遭遇了歹徒的绑架，虽然这位小朋友的爸爸千辛万苦地准备好了10万块钱赎金，但是绑匪得了钱还是把孩子***了。恶人自有恶报，罪犯最终是受到了法律的严惩，但这一事件给这位小朋友的父母的带来的却是是永远也不能抹去的伤痛。
这场电影使我们清醒地认识到：我们每个人在任何时候都要有自我保护意识，如不轻信陌生人的话，要自觉遵守交通秩序等；并且还十分有必要学会一些在紧急情况下如何自救的本领。
影片《关爱明天》就像一座长鸣的警钟，时刻提醒我们大家：安全是最重要的！

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.
then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.

As the winter vacation is drawing near, I have a plan about my vacation. I'm going to do what I want to do. I'm going to study harder in order to get good grades in the following term. After finishing all my homework, I'm going to enjoy myself in the sea of knowledge. Reading must be a good idea. I'm going to keep fit at the same time. I'll get up eary in the morning everyday and play sports. I really love sports. Besides that, Eating a balanced diet is also good for my health. I'm going to help my mom and dad with the housework as well in the vacation.I'll learn to cook. As for travelling, I'm planning to go to Hainan. But whether going there or not will be decided on the weather.During the vacation,I'm going to learn more about history,as I'm really poor on it.
So you see, I'll have a terrific vacation!
