Another way is to develop the bike rental. As we know, car is much bigger than the bike obviously. Driving a car takes up much more place than cycling. So, developing the bike rental is an absolutely correct way to prove traffic circumstances.
Besides, government also builds 4 subway lines under the central of the city and increases the number of the taxis.
In my opinion, all the action above is useful. When the actions above are all finished, the city will be more perfect.

过了一会儿，只听见老师们隐隐约约传来的集合声，排队后，开始跑步了，只见一班的开始准备50米冲刺了，只听一面旗子一挥而下，冲刺了，跑的人使上了九牛二虎之力，像一阵风闪过了人们的视线，等到九班奔跑的时候，太阳都升到了天空的四分之一。我时刻准备着冲向终点。当旗子举起的时候，我的心提了起来，心跳加速了，我使上了吃奶的劲，当跑到一半时，我的脑袋飞速转到了爸爸对我说的一段话：跑在前面的时候不能往后张望。我牢记老爸的'话，从未向后转过头，只是勇往直前，谁又能知道下一刻会发生什么事呢？现在我就告诉你们。我一心想着夺第一名，一用，哪知缓冲力过足，一不小心用过边，腰不小心闪了，可还是咬紧嘴唇跑向了终点，获得了第二名的好成绩，可是“捡了芝麻丢了西瓜”尽管在短跑中跑得不错，可长跑却完了。
过了近一个小时，到了我们跑长跑了，我顶着巨大的疼痛跑了出去，下子，便落在了大家后面，我边轻抚着腰，连慢吞吞地向前跑，嘴里还哼着歌：“每个人都面要勇气……”当跑完一圈半时，我才缓缓加速，慢慢跑到前20名，到了第二圈，大家早已筋疲力尽了，消耗了所有体力，我转念一想：超越他们吧！这是最好的机会，过了这村就没这店了，于是，我冒着疼痛，迈开步子，冲向终点，一用力，腰一阵大痛，随后，我什么也感觉到到了，直到跑到终点，才感觉到一阵阵钻心的痛，不过，这一切都是值得的，我超越了自我。
