以前学习过林伟贤老师的money＆you，知道了火箭在飞往月球的途中97％的时间都是在修正方向。所以从那之后我就想到：人和火箭一样，都是在对着一个目标前进，行进途中需要不断改进，所以每读一本书我都会受益匪浅。同样，我读了刘一秒老师的《攻心销售》一书后，我也有改变的心。其中，给我深深震撼的就是“攻心”。
从中我知道了顾客的不满就是可以成交的苗头，客户提出抗拒就是谈判的砝码，同样，在我的生活中，别人的不满就是对我改变的一种提醒，别人对我的指责就是我需要改变的方向，一个人走的方向对了，他的一生就对了，我一定要时刻改变，向着正确的方向改变！
每一个人都会有害怕的感觉，对事对人我也有很多恐惧心理，读了这本书以后，我理解了一句话，“只要你勇敢去做让你害怕的事情，害怕终将灭亡，被你踩在脚下。”
在这本书中，还有两个让我汗颜的叮嘱。
1、不要指出对方错误；
2、要尊重每一个人。
说是汗颜是因为我以前经常犯类似的错误，也包括现在，因为这个世界没有一个人喜欢听“你错了”，如果你弄得客户没有面子，客户就会弄得你没有面子，和客户争辩，不管输赢都是输。这本书给了我很好的警醒。我相信，只要一个人坚持不懈的改变自己，训练自己，只要我是正确的，我的世界就不会错。
